Winter can be troublesome for the joints. With just a little know-how, joint issues and a range of other problems that come with are actually manageable. We present to you some tips for better joint health.

  1. Regular exercise. Less movements during the winter causes our joints to become stiff and painful. Therefore, exercising regularly helps to avoid this.
