Q: I have problems getting sleep at night. Is there any supplements or relaxation techniques I could take to assist me in this process?

Exhaustion due to Insomia and Sleep Apnea

Q: I am feeling exhausted when I wake up in the morning, mostly due to the insomnia and sleep apnea I’ve been experiencing lately. Any tips?

A: Yes, make sure you avoid caffeine after 4pm. Avoid healthy meals late at night and stick to the Health Recovery Plan which is highly recommended if you want to get a good night’s rest and feel your best the next day.
