Hi,
Can you really add serrapeptase to water from the veg capsule?
I read that it needs to be tablet form so it can be slowly dissolved and absorbed in the intestine without side effects as it is not be released in the stomach. Also I read that stomach acid can deactivate it. I don’t know what I read is true or not.
I want to give it a try but I got a pill swallowing phobia and I have difficulty swallowing as well. Do you know anyone who uses the powder from the veg capsule and uses it in water?

Hello Dam, Taking the capsules and tablets whole is always going to be the best option. However, there are times when this is not possible and therefore adding to water is the next best option. We suggest to take an extra dose throughout the day to compensate for the slight loss in potency. But if you take on an empty stomach when the acid it at its lowest the effects will be minimal and you will still get good absorption and benefits from serrapeptase.
