Supplements to support a healthy brain and mind – in order of priority:
1st Line Immune Support Kit – This is a single dose to clear any low level infection, some take 3 doses over 1 each day to be sure (studies show even Parkinson’s may be an autoimmune problem).
Brainpower – Contains Curcumin and Resveratrol, supports healthy brain cells. Take 1 tablespoon, with 1-3 drops of 100% Pine Oil and chew very slowly until it completely absorbs and then swallow. Do this 2-4 times over the day. It can be taken anytime between meals.
Serranol – For inflammation, healthy arteries and brain support, 2 x 3 times per day, 30 mins before eating with water and then reduce to 1 x 3 after definite improvement. (see attached report).

Lithium Balance – Take 3 tablets, 2 times per day. Supports healthy mental responses and is an anti-aging nutrient for the brain.
Astaxanthin with DHA – Take 2 with breakfast, 2 with lunch and 2 with dinner. This is a powerful antioxidant which can enhance energy and metabolism, while supporting brain health.
Nascent Iodine Drops – Iodine is essential for a completely healthy body. Take 3 drops x 3 times per day in 20ml of water, swish around the mouth for 30 seconds before swallowing.
