I hope you are well today.
I have eye pain, my eyes have been checked and are fine.
I have MS, AF and Arthritis, my doctor, the eye hospital any my MS consultant are not sure what the pain is caused by, some days it is so bad I cannot open my eyes, its as though my lids muscles to open my lids will not respond, trying to force them open causes a searing pain through my eyes. I have to wait for the pain to subside until I can open my lids, if I try to open them with my fingers the pain is unbearable. So I have to lie there with my eyes closed, until the pain passes.
The above seems to happen mainly when I am overly tired or not had enough sleep, its always upon waking that this happens, once I can open my lids my vision is blurred and my eyes remain painful for hours.
I get the odd floaters in the morning when my eyes are tired, as well.
