Q: I have arterial problems in my right leg, having looked on your web site I am a little confused as to which product would be best for my condition and what the dosage should be. I have ordered your book and serrapeptase 40000iu, but you also mention the ultimate formula could you please clarify?

A: That is BlockBuster. If your problem is urgent then I suggest taking both for a few weeks until you are getting good results.

Please let me know how urgent it is and any other problems.

Q: Dad had bypass surgery 3 years ago, diabetes, and now suffers from 70% blockages in legs. Calves are painful and I’m experiencing numbing and cramping. Ordered blockbuster and extra serrapeptase. What dosage do you recommend and if you recommend extra nattokinase than what is in blockbuster? I read one man with PAD took 7000FU 3x day. I’m trying to get the best dosage for speedy results so the doctor doesn’t try and do a bypass in my legs.

A: 2 BlockBuster + 1 SerraEnzyme x 3 times per day, 30 mins before eating a meal, with a 16oz glass of water

Order some Ancient Minerals Magnesium Oil Spray and massage a little into his calves a couple of times per day after a meal. Massage upwards towards the body.

Drink 6 other 16oz glasses of water with a 1/2 a teaspoon or less of bicarbonate of soda in each glass.

No sitting in chairs or cars for long periods and in any case not more than 2 hours in total per day. Walk as much as possible and/or lie with legs elevated on the couch. He can bring his knees alternately to keep occasional exercise going and improve circulation.

If he is willing then he can follow the diet attached and at www.ReallyHealthyFoods.com to clear his diabetes and get healthy blood.

I really recommend Active Life with 90 liquid vitamins and minerals to ensure he gets it all.

Q: To remove plaque and coronary calcifications I’ve been taking Nattokinase for two months now. I have been refused invasive investigative procedures and medications. My GP is aware, and does not give a hoot what I do. Will also take hawthorn berry, and I’m also taking Ayurvedic medicine supplements. I have mild left ventricular dysfunction, but it’s been so mild, for 17 years. Take no meds except Ayurvedic Arjuna.

A: You also need BlockBuster AllClear and Super K complex to clear it so fast.

Q: K, thanks, will check this out on your site. Am not going to K at the moment, don’t want the blood to clot or to be too thin.

A: Now why would I recommend K if it was not 100% safe? What do you think I am, a doctor?

Q: When is nattokinase indicated and when is serrapatase indicated and what is the difference between the two. Plus which one is more potent?

A: What do you want to treat?

Q: Which one would be better for heart disease?

A: Can you be more precise what you mean by heart disease?

Q: To be more specific: coronary artery disease…

A: These links are very important:

Coronary or Ischaemic Heart Disease Health Plan

Q: After experiencing angina 4 years ago, angioplasty revealed a 95%+ blockage in my right coronary artery and a stent was inserted. That has worked fine and my life has been pretty normal since then – I’m quite active, walking, swimming and in general good health.

I’m now a ‘young’ 73 y/o. Recently, a routine stress test led my cardiologist here (Geece) to send me for an angiogram, after which he announced (and supplied a DVD with video imagery, etc) that I have a series of blockages in the left side ranging from 70-90% – a secondary artery is 100% closed.

Meanwhile, I have no physical symptoms, whatsoever; no angina, or anything that could be attributed to blocked arteries.

Currently, I’m looking at other therapies that claim to be able to reverse the condition, and actually dissolve existing blockages. What are your recommendations, please, Sir?

A: 100% blockages cannot be cleared as they have no blood flow to deliver the enzymes to the blockage.

See BlockBusterAllclear if you want the best and safest. www.ReallyHealthyArteries.com

Q: Dear Mr Redfern,

Thank you – once again – for your kind and helpful reply to my previous query.

I must tell you that I am a bit overwhelmed by all of the info, links, etc, and I am in hopes that you can help to simplify this for me:

I haven’t smoked for 12-13 years, my weight is ok, I have a healthy diet, my cholesterol is low – I had a complete series of blood tests recently and all the results are well within the normal range.

My only health problem is the 70-90% blockages created by plaque formations in my left coronary artery system that was reported to me following a recent angiogram (I realize that the 100%-blocked tributary cannot be accessed by your formula – I also understand that the deficiency in blood circulation is probably being supplemented by ‘collateral’ arteries that my organism has developed to compensate…?)

If I understand you correctly, you are recommending your BLOCKBUSTER formula for my situation – is there anything else I need to know, before I place an order for this product?

My only real concern at this stage is that I have not actually found any claims, or testimonials that offer specific evidence that this product actually has the ability to dissolve existing plaque formations in the arteries…?

However, I feel confident that a man with your experience and knowledge in this area can clear this up for me!

I feel it is important at this point in my life to have the courage to take my health situation into my own hands, as the 3 cardiologists I have consulted all appear to have one-track minds on this matter and they all insist that bypass surgery is my only option.

I am convinced that one must have the courage to take one’s health into one’s own hands…when I mentioned Co-enzyme Q10 to my Australian cardiologist 12-13 years ago, he laughed and said, “Don’t throw your money away!” However, after I persisted, nevertheless, and began taking only 100mg daily, when he examined me again 6 months later he pronounced the improvement in my heart condition “nothing short of a miracle” and said, under his breath, “If all my patients were like you, I’d be out of business!” (He had treated me previously for the same condition for about a year, without success.)

Q10 has changed my life amazingly (and the life of others, I’ve known) over the years – there’s hardly a day that’s gone by I’ve missed taking it! I’m healthier and fitter than I was 20 years ago – except for the plaque build-up in my coronary arteries.

Naturally, I look forward to your sage advice . I’m excited about the opportunity to take a genuinely effective step to improve my situation, and I am committed to doing so!

A: Print all of the stuff off and place it in a recovery folder. Read and reread as you need to become better educated than your doctors.

Check your diet alongside the information I sent to you. I am baffled if you still have problems if you have only been eating the really healthy foods on my plan? Let me know on this.

Most of the supplements are to help speed up the recovery which really healthy foods should do but a lot slower. UB8Q10 Ubiquinol (8x more powerful than CoQ10) is for the rest of your life as it is one of the nutrients created by the body that slowly gets less and less after aged 45. Read more at http://ubiquinolstore.com/

Low cholesterol is not good. 50% of all of the heart attacks recipients have low cholesterol.

The ultimate plan: Coronary or Ischaemic Heart Disease Health Plan.

Q: Hi,

I have coronary atherosclerosis disease. It was for knowing how to get the most out of the Serrapeptase. Should I take it with vitamins and minerals or divide in two and if so how many hours in between? When is it dissolved in the body e. g. for eating again?

A: I can only offer my full plan and you can work from that. Vitamins and minerals are always taken with food and enzymes such as serrapeptase are taken 30mins before food. See the plan in the link below.

FYI My wife and I take all of these (except we take Serranol instead of BlockBuster). I only tell you this so you know we are serious about good health and anti-ageing.

To improve leg circulation from PAD or DVT or any other lower leg circulation problems:

Massage Ancient Minerals Magnesium Oil into the calf every day or so.

SerraEzyme 80,000iu –  1 x 3 times per day, 30mins before eating with a glass of water (for 2-3 months and then stop).

BlockBuster AllClear – 2 x 3 times per day with the serra (anti inflammatory, healthy blood, healthy blood pressure and helps repair the arteries)

Curcuminx40000 –  2 x 3 times per day with the Serra (helps protect the heart and brain cells )

OxySorb – 4 single sprays under tongue over the day or before exerting yourself (only if you have breathing or angina problems)

UB8Q10 Ubiquinol – 2 x 2 times per day with food (for ever as this rebuilds the heart muscle and repairs valves)

ActiveLife 90 Vitamins & Minerals Full spectrum multivitamin which you should already be taking 15ml x 2 times.

Take a breath…and the next important things are:

HealthyFlow – 2 teapoons x 2 time per day with liquid or food. (this is L-Arginine and other goodies for repairing the arteries)

Vit D3 5000iu caps 2 x 2 times per day (studies show everyone is seriously deficient).

Krill Oil 1 x 2 times per day

We have a new web site www.ReallyHealthyFoods.com to support you where we plan to post menus, meal ideas and food lists from the list below. It will be updated over the coming weeks and so keep checking it for changes. You can eat as much as you like of vegetables, nuts, oils etc even though you may lose weight they still provide the super nutrients for your cells. If eating meat/fish make sure they are wild oily fish (salmon, sardines, mackeral, etc) and grass fed meats (never grain or corn fed). This is sometimes referred to as the hunter/gather diet as it does not have any processed food.

My recovery food plan (and anti-aging) and to maintain ‘perfect Health’ (pH):

– Eating a mainly alkaline diet (high pH) is the other critical thing to do (see attached shopping ideas).

– STOP all during recovery, all, starchy carbohydrates (breads, pastry, cookies, breakfast cereals, white rice, potatoes, and pasta), processed foods and processed milk products. Broadly if it comes via a factory be very concerned.Try to stick to Quinoa, brown rice and the other alternatives to carbs at www.ReallyHealthyFoods.com for your health. Make your own bread from sprouted grain flour. Google it.

Eat some of the following foods every 2 hours:

– Eat up to 10-14 portions of fresh or frozen veggies daily (in soups, juiced, stir-fried, steamed etc) 50% raw juiced (use the pulp in soups) (Organic if possible).

– Eat 5 portions of beans, nuts and seeds (soaked and mashed for the nuts and seeds)

– Eat 5 portions dark skinned fruits, (blueberries, cherries, red grapes (especially the minimum of 2 avocados daily) etc). VERY IMPORTANT

– Hemp, Omega 3 or Krill Oil and other healthy oils such as olive oil etc

– Drink 6-8 glasses of distilled or filtered water per day with a pinch of bicarbonate of soda. Take 3 x teaspoons of Sea or Rock salt daily in daily food or a little water.

– Exercise 2-3 times every day: Lying on your back on a couch and cycling your legs in the air as this will improve circulation to your head, organs, legs and take the pressure of your heart and lungs when exercising. (Hold her feet if necessary).

Get back to me any time with question.

P.S: We follow the plan above and more just to stay super healthy.

Q: Hi again,

Thanks for your help I will try to follow it as much as I can. You know here in Denmark maybe it is the same in your country I have to get permission to buy supplements from the Danish Medicines Agency. If it can cure sickness it’s medicine.

A: They send supplements directly to customers in Denmark frequently. Call (from outside UK) +44 207 043 9059 for advice.

Diet is very important. Processed factory foods are the main cause of problems. Governments and Medicine agencies cannot be trusted anymore as they are influenced by large food companies and drug companies. Drug companies are fined billions of $ every years for fraud, falsifying scientific studies and bribing doctors and yet they are still allowed to influence governments and doctors.

The solution is to get healthy and stay healthy.

Q: Do you have any cases of serrapeptase helping heart arteries?

A: It is a very common problem that is very successful.

The full plan is covered in my book “The Miracle Enzyme”

Explore it here: https://serrapeptase.info/

Q: Hi Robert,

Just watched a short video of you regarding Serrapeptase. Interesting.

Briefly my history: 56 yrs old, have had 2 heart attacks, By-pass surgery in 1999-triple. Indian by descent so Coronary Disease is in the genes. Parents died at 50, both had heart attacks. Both brothers have had heart attacks and by passes, stents. So you see my family history is BAD.

I still get some chest pains, heaviness etc in the chest. Had an angiogram done late May and Cardiologist couldn’t put in a stent in one of the arteries that was by-passed in 1999. Excessive plaque and Calcification has occurred and it was too hard and narrow. Second opinion, a cardiologist suggested Rotablation or drilling the plaque and then inserting the stent!!! He is a very reputable Cardiologist who does Rotablations twice a week here in Toronto. I am concerned that the plaque will float in the bloodstream after drilling and could cause a clot and stroke?? By brother has been taking SERRAPEPTASE and suggested yesterday that I start taking it too. He has stopped taking Lipitor completely and his LDL/HDL levels are excellent.

Robert, in your experience, does Serrapeptase dissolve the plaque in the blood stream? Does Serrapeptase have reaction with Lipitor or Plavix in your experience??? Need desperate help if you can.

A: I urgently recommend:

SerraEnzyme 80,000iu 2 x 3 times per day, 30mins before eating with water

HealthyFlow 4 teaspoons over the day with a little water or juice.

See the full plan in the link below. The food plan is critical.

Q: Hi Robert,

Thanks for your reply. Please advise on the length of treatment and products mentioned below as well as the strength that l must use?

A: The dosage is on the bottles and it will need 3-4 months of treatment to be sure of a final result.

Q: Robert,

Several years ago I was diagnosed with coronary artery disease. One stent was placed in my left coronary artery, which was 40% occluded. As for the right coronary, the cardiologist told me it was 100% occluded, and normally he would recommend bypass surgery since it would be impractical to insert half a dozen stents which would be necessary to open the right artery up for good blood flow. But, he then told me, my body had constructed a collateral artery alongside the right coronary, which, although small, thin, and weak walled, was serving its purpose of bypassing the right coronary.

He advised me to focus on building, widening, and strengthening this collateral artery going forward, which I have been doing for the past three years or so. My therapy has been taking nattokinase and serrapeptase every morning on an empty stomach and every evening on an empty stomach, along with high dosages of Vitamin C and an oral EDTA product.

The results have been slow, but good, as I have gained strength, stamina, and energy over time with this regimen.

However, and herein lies my concern and my question, I experienced a diaphragmatic hernia and the surgeon installed netting in my abdomen to shore up the diaphragm on the right side. This operation improved my ability to move without pain which I had experienced pre-operation. So that was a good thing.

I have been taking serrapeptase now for about two years. And have been experiencing a feeling of the netting coming loose and deteriorating, although the hernia pain has not reappeared. I am wondering if what I am feeling is the result of the serrapeptase eating away the netting material slowly. If at the same time my body is repairing itself and rebuilding the diaphragm to resolve the herniated opening, then I should not worry I suppose. If everything is rebuilding and repairing itself, I would be happy. But the question is: would the serrapeptase eat the netting? Is it that powerful? I kind of hope so, because I do not feel good about foreign substances, like netting and stenting, in my body. I would rather not have these artificial props if I don’t need them.

The cardiologist, at the time of the stenting, said to me: “stent or die!”- so I stented! But not happily. I would rather that my body healed itself. And with the help of serrapeptase, I rather think it is. Do you have an opinion on this issue of the power of serrapeptase to eat through and consume a diaphragm support netting, and if it does, how is the material disposed of, and if it is disposed of through the blood stream, could it cause blockage or clotting further along towards the heart or the brain? I am an 81 year old male, in otherwise good health, who walks every day, and follows a raw food (85% raw) diet, mostly vegetarian but for some salmon, sardines, and flaxseed oil with low fat organic cottage cheese in the morning for vascular and arterial maintenance.

I write because I would be interested in your take on this issue. I don’t want to go back to the hernia surgeon again if unnecessary and probably won’t unless I experience the pain once again. Please advise.

A: I read and re-read your emails and this is my take:

Take SerraEnzyme 80,000iu caps 1 x 3 times per day, 30mins before eating a meal, with a glass of water.

Consider taking BlockBuster AllClear 2 x 3 times in place of the things you are taking.

It will not ‘eat’ the netting and while it will ‘eat’ the scarring it should slowly be replaced by healthy tissue.

The rest of your plan is great. Are you taking a multi-mineral?
