Q: Mr. Redfern: Any suggestions for Rheumatoid Arthritis? Also what is the best Immune strengthener?

A:  Rheumatoid Arthritis (RA) Health Plan
See 1st Line and DIP for immune system also an important part in that RA plan.

Q: I have Rheumatoid Arthritis (RA). How many IU units should I take (if mg is inaccurate)?
Have been getting good results with 40 mg per day (4 x 10 mg enteric coated tablets) on empty stomach. How much can I increase?

A: If you are taking the 80K IU then take 3 x 2 times per day. Also take Moducare.

Q: I have just read Robert Redfern’s book on this enzyme and I have a few questions. Firstly when recommending the dosage, eg 3 serrapeptase 3 times daily, what strength does this refer to? In the book 20,000iu and 40,000iu tablets are discussed, but there seems to be products with much higher strength. Should the dosage be adjusted according to the strength? When following the guidelines for arthritis treatment, the advice is to take protease enzymes in addition to Serrapeptase. As the book states that Serrapeptase is also a protease enzyme, how do these other protease enzymes differ and why are they needed in addition to Serrapeptase? Sorry if I have missed this information somewhere in the literature. If this is explained in the book, please direct me to the relevant pages.

A: The amount is relative to how urgent it is and not the IU. The simple answer is to take a very high dose if the problem is great and then lower as relief is obtained. If it is RA then I also now recommend Moducare to stop the immune attack. The protease enzymes do a different job to serrapeptase cleaning up proteins in the bloodstream. The diet is just as important and I am sending the update on that below. My recovery food plan from RA (and anti-aging) and to maintain ‘perfect Health’ (pH). Eating a mainly alkaline diet (high pH) is the other critical thing to do.

Q: I have Rheumatoid arthritis (RA) which I don’t take prescription drugs for even though the Rheumatologist is bullying me to do metrotrexate , which is what they want me to take. I am now taking Serrapeptese to see if it helps. So far there are some good signs. Can you tell me how long I need to give it to see improvement and what dose should I give it at the start? Thank you.

A: Better still I can send you my full recovery plan for Rheumatoid Arthritis (RA)

Q: My daughter (age 48) has rheumatoid arthritis, her 16 year old son has Aspergers (autism) and I have end stage glaucoma. Which of us can be helped by taking serrapeptase? If you have any information on any people helped by serrapeptase that have these problems I would sure appreciate the info. Thank you.

A: Everybody (including your daughter and son) will get relief with serrapeptase as most conditions have inflammation as part of the problem. However, if they want to clear up the problem once and for all they need to follow my full plan and this includes a diet change to really healthy foods for the rest of their lives.

The RA and Asperger’s are reasonable to clear up but I need full details regarding your glaucoma as there are many different types and causes of this condition.

Please follow the plan here: Rheumatoid Arthritis (RA) Health Plan

Q: Hi my name is Julie I am a 41 year old women who has been diagnosed with RA about 15 years ago. My doctor suggested I try Humera but I do not like the sound of the side effects. I suffer from inflammation and stiffness in my hands mostly but my feet and knees at times too. Do you have any suggestions? I have read about the Serrapeptase and wondered if that or another one of your products help my condition?

A: The challenge for both of you is eating a really healthy foods diet. Even if you think you eat quite well it is not good enough to get really healthy.
Here is my Rheumatoid Arthritis (RA) Health Plan

Q: I have cervical spondylosis, rheumatic fingers, prolapsed colon/rectum, peripheral neuropathy/peripheral arterial disease(legs). My BP is around 130/75 while my HDL, LDL, triglycerides are normal. Glucose and urea are slightly above normal. Cannot decide between Serranol and Blockbuster?

A: Get started using Serranol 2 caps x 3 times per day
Change to my really healthy foods diet to help your body heal. Here’s the Rheumatoid Arthritis (RA) Health Plan

Q: I have been on the plan for 7 months…and was feeling so much better for 5 of those.. just the last 2 months have been bad.

A: Do you think it is your diet that slipped or an infection that has caused this relapse?

Part 1

  • 1st Line Immune Kit (to clear any infection that may reside in the cells attacking the joints) taken
  • Serranol – Serrapeptase/Curcumin/Ecklonia Cava/Vit D3 formula 2 x 3 times per day, 30mins before eating with water. Lower to 1 x 3 as improvement takes place. This protects and helps the the repair of the joints. Now taking 1 x3
  • DIP Daily Immune Protection to keep it in balance take 1 x 3 per day. Still 1×3
  • Krill Oil caps 1 x 2 times Or Hemp Oil for Vegans Krill x2
  • Active Life – 90 vitamins and minerals to ensure the full spectrum of all essential nutrients yes

Part 2

  • High sugar foods and processed foods are a no no in recovery. This is sometimes referred to as the Hunter/Gather diet as it does not have any modern processed food. We have a new website www.ReallyHealthyFoods.com where we plan to post menus, meal ideas and food lists from the list below. It will be updated over the coming weeks and so keep checking it for changes.
  • My recovery food plan (and anti-aging) and to maintain ‘perfect Health’ (pH).
  • Eating a mainly alkaline diet (high pH) is the other critical thing to do (see attached shopping ideas).

Q: Not feeling so good. Have been on 2.5 Methotrexate for a couple of months and the pain/soreness in my joints/muscles has got worse again.
Am on 3 Serranol and 3 DIP per day plus oil and multivitamin.

A: Are you eating the perfect diet as I listed?
It may be you need more 1st Line, can you consider taking 2-3 more?
Going back up to 2 x 3 times per day of the serranol?

Q: I am hoping to reduce the methotrexate by another 2.5 mg this month. This is about my Rheumatoid Arthritis (RA). I continue to feel so much better, and have the energy and more strength to cope with what little pain that I still have (I have minimal swelling of my joints now and everyone comments on this with surprise).
Can you advise if I should be reducing my current dose of 1×3 a day of Serranol and DIP? Have been on this dose since December.

A: If you can afford it then keep on the higher doses. They will only do more and more good.

Q: I am now down to 2.5 mg of methotrexate, and feeling good!!! A medical friend was looking at the amount of Vit D3 I take in the Serranol and DIP each day, and regarded it as a very large amount. Is there any danger in taking high doses of Vit D3 on a regular basis?

A: Good news and keep it up. Over 40,000iu per day is considered too much. If you spend all day in the sun you would get 15,000iu. Those with RA need more than everyone else.

Q: Hi Robert,

Thank you on your kind and fast response. I only have one question for you. My mum (72) is very weak, constipated, poor appetite. She is currently taking a cocktail of drugs, a standard RA treatment, like methaotrexate, steroids, folic acid and blood pressure meds, strong painkillers (zalidar) and a diuretic (she doesn’t want to take this one). Are recommended supplements ok to be used with this coctail of drugs?

A: Yes they are fine and she should be able to stop them within a couple of weeks but come off them slowly.

Make sure she drinks the water.

Q: Hi Robert,

Are any of the products you recommend made with nanotechnology?

A: None.

Q: I have severe pain from rheumatoid arthritis. It’s been more than 7 months and I’m taking prednisone, plaquenil, methotrexate and another drug that makes me vomit. The side effects are awful and when I went to the doctor he wanted to put me on another drug. I just started taking serrapeptase and I hope I can stop all the drugs soon. I’m 38 years old and I’m very depressed and broke now.

A: If you are depressed and broke I suggest you take Emotion Nutrition and SAM-e Plus+ and fix your RA with diet while in a happy mood. See these supplements at www.goodhealthnaturally.com. You and I can then work on your menu that will clear up your RA.

Q: Hello, I’ve recently purchased Serrapeptase for my Rheumatoid Arthritis which I’ve had for two years in my hands and feet. The hospital have put me on the usual Methotrexate and Plaquinol, which I absolutely hate taking. I would love to give something a try that is not potent like these drugs and I have been taking the Serrapeptase for about a week now. I haven’t found any relief in my feet yet, in fact they’ve been a nightmare! Anyway, is there a time period for the enzyme to get right into the system? Also what brand and dosage would you recommend. At the moment I’m taking Natures Aid 80,000iu enteric coated, two about three times a day. Is there a better way to take it?

I’ve been telling everyone about this enzyme. I would just say that this morning when I woke up I couldn’t hear my tinnitis! I had to really concentrate to hear it. It was the like volume has been turned right down!

A: Great news on your getting started with serrapeptase. It is not uncommon to take 6 per day.

To completely clear the problem you need to a little more and that includes changing to only eating really healthy foods.

Q: Dear Robert,

Thanks for your feedback and I’ll let you know how it goes.

A: Here is the full plan lots to do but lots of benefits: Rheumatoid Arthritis (RA) Health Plan

Q: Dear Robert,

Thank you so much for sending me your health plan to help with my Rheumatoid Arthritis. I must admit that I’ve been slow to get into the healthy eating plan. I don’t have a particularly unhealthy diet but find it hard to give up the dairy and gluten together. However, I will persevere!

I’ve been taking the Serrapeptase 3, three times a day for the last month but my feet, especially my right one, has been in agony. It’s the tendon around the ankle that’s been playing up. I upped the dosage to 4 tablets three times a day and still the pain is terrible. Is this the type of condition that’s going to take some time to heal? I know that sometimes three to six months is what’s needed to get into the system to treat chronic problems, do you think this could be the case with me? I stopped taking Methotrexate and Plaquinol one month ago as I don’t want them in my system. I suppose patience is what’s needed in my case. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

A: It is time you get onto my recovery plan: Autoimmune Disease Health Plan

Q: I have arthritis in my neck, wrists and hands. A close friend of mine is using Serrapeptase to relieve scar tissue in her hip and midsection and claims it is providing her a great deal of relief. She feels that Serrapeptase could perhaps alleviate my symptoms and pain in my neck and hands. The arthritis has advanced to the point that it has caused my neck to become fused and I have difficulty turning my head from side to side without a great deal of pain. The knuckles in my hands and some of my fingers are swollen and painful. Will one of your supplements help me with this condition?

A: You urgently need Serranol 2 x 3 times per day, 30 mins before eating a meal, with a glass of water.
See http://www.serranoloffers.com/

You also need to stop all starchy carbs, potatoes and possibly tomatoes.

See attached.

Q: I have MS and arthritis….REALLY tried the MS drugs for 2 years with a lot of side effects that never went away.
BADDDDD effects that could be permanent.
What program do you offer for MS and arthritis?

A: The recovery program is in the link here: Autoimmune Disease Health Plan

The same plan will be effective for both of them as the causes are infection and/food problems.
You will see recovery effects within 30 days and then it gets better. It is not easy to make these changes and so I offer unlimited personal coaching to see you through it.

Q: Hi,

I bought Serrapeptase for my mother who is 75. She’s got at least arthritis, asthma and rhinitis. She’s been using 80,000IU for maybe 4-5 days and experiencing new pain in her hips and knees. Is this Serrapeptase working and being temporary or are these some undesired side effects? Should she continue with Serrapeptase?

A: Arthritis can be a problem in lots of different ways.

One person can take serrapeptase and get good relief and other gets none. It depends on the structure of the damage.

It may be it is clearing some scar tissue that was cushioning the joint. If the scar tissue has gone then that can cause pain.

Q: Next week I am scheduled to have prolozone therapy injections in both knees for arthritis. Previous to this, I have been getting chelation (EDTA) treatments to reduce my very high levels of lead, aluminum and other heavy metals. I was told by my doctor that chelation treatments on the same day as Prolozone treatment could not be done because one would cancel out the other. I e-mailed him to ask about whether I should also avoid serrapeptase before and after the prolozone treatment, but he has not gotten back to me, so I am not even sure he knows. The prolozone will help “rebuild” cartilage and I definitely do not want anything to interfere with that. I am concerned because I have read that serrapeptase will clear out your arteries. Chelation also does this while it takes away heavy metals. Since there are some similarities in this regard, I am concerned if there should also be some time between the Prolozone treatment and the serrapeptase. And if so, how much time?

A: Chelation sometimes clears the arteries but not always. It is only about 50% of cases. Many chelation doctors are also giving serrapeptase to improve the success rate. I do recommend BlockBusterAllclear as a better solution. Stop the serrapeptase just before the Prozolone Therapy and restart a week later.

Q: Could you please tell me which tablet is best for arthritis?? And how much they are? Thanks!

A: Arthritis is complicated which can be caused by low level infection or diet (usually inflammatory foods such as carbs (grains and cereals) and possibly deadly nightshade family products such as tomatoes, potatoes and peppers etc). It is not caused by wear and tear.

The solutions are:

  • Taking something to clear up the infection.
  • Clearing the inflammation in the joints using serrapeptase and curcumin
  • Stopping the foods causing the problems
  • Eating lots of the foods that regenerate cartilage.

I cannot know the cause of your arthritis and so I am sending the full plan to cover them all. If you cannot afford them all then take Serranol and follow the food plan in the link.

Q: What should I take for my knee (also arthritis in my back)? Dr wants to do total knee surgery- says it’s just bone on bone. Would Serrapeptase help- how much to take?

A: This is a tough call.
I 100% know my HealthPoint will clear the arthritis and give you chance to change your diet to regenerate but it may be more than you plan to spend. See it here www.HealthPointPower.com and my video here www.DoveHealth.com

The other things are:
Serranol (See attached) see http://www.goodhealthusa.com/products/serrapeptase_curcumin_ecklonia_cava_extract_vit_d3/
Glucosamine Formulation See http://www.goodhealthusa.com/products/Glucosamine_chondroitin_msm/

Of course stop the cause of arthritis by stopping starchy carbs and possible deadly nightshade fruits (tomatoes, peppers and potatoes etc) See food plan attached.

Q: I have bought serrapeptase and am about to run out. Is it better to buy the 80,000iu or the new formula of Serra MEGA with minerals and MSM I note that is only 40000iu. Although I have had good results with the one I have been taking I still have some pain in my hands from arthritis. This is diminishing and don’t want to lower the dose if that is the wrong thing to do. However perhaps the new formula with minerals is more effective. Perhaps you can enlighten me. How effective is it against Dupytrens syndrome?

A: It may be that you need to try the new 80K and if lowering them does does not work then try it with the SerraPlus+. I have not heard of any success with Dupuytren’s Disease but then there is something new being reported each month and so it is worth a try.

Q: Hello Robert,

I have just come across your website and ordered the Serrapeptase & Serranol. I guess I put the cart before the horse. I just thought I should get your advice anyway.

My husband takes aspirin (75mg) for plaque in the carotid. He has been taking it for several years and it has stayed as is. Should he stop the aspirin when he starts the serrapeptase? I know your video mentioned warfarin.

He also has arthritis in his hands and knees. The surgeon doesn’t think it is bad enough to operate. The problem seems to be with the knee cap, rather than the knees, but it does cause his discomfort. He has also recently had a cyst removed from the first joint in his finger for the 2nd time in 6 months, and very disappointingly, it seems to be coming back.

Any advice you can give would help and I would be most grateful.

A: What conditions does he suffer from? The cysts will be resolved by the Serrapeptase and Nascent Iodine drops.

Q: Thank you. I’m not sure I understand your question “what conditions does he suffer from?” As I said in my email below, he has arthritic knees as well as plaque in the carotid artery for which he takes 75 mg aspirin.Should he stop the aspirin when he starts the serrapeptase?

A: Ferriel,

I only asked as you had ordered the correct supplements and I thought there may be other issues.

Take SerraEnzyme and 1 Serranol, 30mins before eating a meal, with a glass of water, 3 times per day.
Take Nascent Iodine Drops 3 drops x 3 times per day with a little water.
Take Super K Complex 1 capsule x 2 times per day http://www.goodhealthnaturally.com/products/Super-K/

Purchase some Tart Cherry Juice concentrate from your nearest health store and take as per bottle instructions.

Cutting down or cutting out grains and cereals will help as will following my really healthy food plan attached and at www.ReallyHealthyFoods.com

He can stop the aspirin or continue as he wishes unless he has digestive discomfort and then advise me.

Please come back after 60 days when he has his next ultrasound on the blockage with the status.

Q: I’m unsure of which it is Rheumatoid or Osteo Arthritis…!
I know that it has affected my whole body…stiff moving in the morning and after sitting, hands, wrist, etc. are affected.

Hi youngster, I know you have auto immune problems and if you apply my plan perfectly you will get clear of ALL health problems.

Q: Dear Mr Redfern,

At the moment I am taking four different products to treat arthritis in my right hip – Serrapeptase, Micro Mins, Celabolin (celadrin), and Shark Cartilage, the last two coming from other suppliers. It seems to me that I could relace these four products with one product, only, that is to say your Joint Mobility. However I am concerned that this one product may not contain an adequate dose of Serrapeptase and Trace Minerals (Micro Mins) compared to taking these separately. Can you advise me?

With regard to Serrapeptase I will also be glad if if you will be kind enough to comment on the following situation. In the past I have undergone laser surgery to reduce an enlarged prostate. Following this, I have suffered from a severe problem which is the persistent growth of very dense and hard scar tissue leading to a constriction of my bladder neck with the result being that I have needed to be fitted with a stent. Is this the kind of scar tissue the regrowth of which Serrapeptase might be expected to prevent or reduce?

Finally, I have a ganglian cyst on my right wrist. Is this the kind of cyst which Serrapeptase might be expected to eliminate?

A: Can you tell me how much of each you are taking daily? How long have you been taking them?
How much relief are you getting from these? Which of my joint formulations are you referring to?

Scar tissue:
Yes it does clear scar tissue in most cases. The ganglion should clear as well.

Q: I am also 70 years of age and have to work 16 and half hours a week as a cashier. I do walk the dog to make up for this…

My problems are Arthiritis and Osteoporosis…and this is what I am taking from you.
I am lucky in the fact that I do not look my age but I do get low and don’t have as much get up and go as I would like. It seems to be just this year that my whole body seems to have slowed down. Could do with losing a bit just cannot get my head around it…and yet last year I did the Dukan Diet and lost 2 stone although everyone told me I looked drawn and haggered.

Vitamin K.
Eskimo Oil.
Magnesium Spray.
Of the products I already have and taking are Litozin.
I also ordered your Relaxwell as I don’t sleep soundly and took those for the first time and they worked.

I was originally taking a magnesium/calcium with Vitamin D.combined tablet. Should I be taking Vitamin D or not?
The other niggle I have is once I have applied the Magnesium oil is it okay if I don’t wash it off?
The other tablet I am taking is the Serrapepatase.which I find has helped although it may be not as good as yours. I will finish this tub if you recommend to replace as I will then purchase yours.

Is there anything else I should or should not do?
Forgot to mention I also take Thyroid tablets for under active………….I take 75mgs a day.

I look forward to your reply.

A: I am conscious of the fact you are probably working because you need the money (as I do) and I will be as careful as I can with what I recommend.

If you follow my diet and take the following both of your conditions should clear up.

Vit K – is good but you can get this by following my really healthy foods plan and eating lots of leafy green vegetables and salad greens.
Eskimo Oil – is good and you cannot eat enough fish to get this much
Magnesium Oil Spray – is very good and you do not need to wash it off afterwards.
You do not need the mag/calcium with vit D when you follow my diet plan.
Take Nascent Iodine Drops, follow my diet and you should be able to stop the thyroid drugs.
If you can afford Serranol instead of Serrapeptase you will see much more benefit.
If you can afford Active Life 90 liquid Vitamins and Minerals then add these.

To Recap:
1. Supplements
2. ReallyHealthyFood diet (http://goodhealthhelpdesk.com/index.php?/Default/Knowledgebase/Article/View/9/0/really-healthy-foods)
3. Walking 4 fast miles everyday (the dog will just have to keep up with you).
4. Weight lifting exercises if it is free anywhere locally. Otherwise we can work out a plan for you.

Q: My mom has been using serrapeptase for a month or so, she told me today since she started the arthritis plan, the pain in her hands is worse. More pain in her fingers. Is this normal? could she be taking too much? i think shes taking 120000iu a day.

A: This can happen with arthritis. Is it getting worse all the time or is it the same since she started taking serrapeptase?

Q: I am a Natural health practitioner (www.sordyl.co.uk) in Surrey. I have an elderly patient without computer access who would like to discuss your products with a view to helping his and his wife’s arthritis and associated pain.
I can’t find a phone number for you. Is it possible for them to speak with you on the phone sometime.

A: Call 1 800 015 1580.

Q: What is a mainstream safe dosage to offer as a supplement for people who have no major health problems other than arthritis, inflammation?
Thanks.

A: My whole family have taken 3 x SerraEnzyme 80,000iu for 12 years since I introduced serrapeptase to the world.

Q: Thank you Robert. I have started taking Serrapeptase mainly to help my arthritic knees.

Q: Hi,
I am 67 years old. I’ve had two hip replacements and I have arthritis in my hands and pain in my wrists. I don’t know if it’s carpal tunnel. I’ve been a court transcriber for 35 years and so sit at a computer for approx 9 hours a day. I’ve had RSI in the past. I sound like a broken down old woman, but actually I’m not. I don’t look my age, and don’t want to feel my age. I had pneumonia about 20 years ago which left scarring on my lungs. Now, whenever I get a cold it goes straight to my chest and I cough for months afterwards. I exercise, in spite of all that, and try to eat healthily. I don’t know quite what I need so maybe you can help me.
Thanks.

A: If you look at my name below you will see the cause of all of your problems. Grains and cereals are unfit foods for humans and animals. See attachment.
I have also attached my lifestyle recovery plan and my eBook to recover your lungs.
The RSI simply needs a mega B Vitamin supplement such as B4Health See http://www.goodhealthoz.com/products/B4Health/ Click here to see supplement facts http://www.goodhealthoz.com/images/products/supplfacts/Supp_facts_btn.jpg

Q: I have chronic ITP , which is a low platelet blood condition. My platelet count is usually between 60,000 and 100,000. I am 75 years old. Would it be safe for me to take serrapeptase for arthritis pain?

A: Yes it would be fine but I suggest Serranol See www.SerranolOffers.com and this link here to read and download the report.

Q: Dear Robert,

I have a patient who has been on a cocktail of drugs for heart, RA and gout for 30 years or so. (had a quadruple bypass 2 years ago)
He is most interested in reducing the gout pain.

I have him on an alkalising diet and wondered whether the above product would be a safe and effective one to take. I am most concerned about the safety aspect since he is on aspirin.

What is the lowest dosage would you say I could give him and still gain benefit?

I was a little concerned that the D levels are so high in this product…at 3 capsules that’s 6000iu…would pt need to monitor serum levels carefully at that level?

Any comments would be gratefully received…or in deed other ideas for gout!

A: Gout can normally be resolved with 4-6 black cherries first thing in the morning. Fresh or canned in their own juice both work.

I normally recommenda SERRANOL max. doseage to be 3 x 3.
I take 20,000iu Vit D3 and I live in Mallorca. If we walked around with full skin exposure to the sun we would create around 40,000iu per day.

The only Vit D3 serum test that makes sense has to be compared a person of the same ethnicity with full body exposure for 6 hours per day.

Q: Thank you for the information but I’m still not sure about it for my patient who cannot swallow capsules….. are you saying someone can empty the contents of the capsule into water or a juice and take it that way? Would that diminish effectiveness or upset the stomach or mouth in any way?

Thanks again.

A: A slight loss will happen but more can be taken if necessary. It will not cause any reaction.

Q: Dear Robert

I was flicking through the ARG online newsletter: FOCUS and thought of you. Forgive me if you already trawl every publication out there and have seen it already but, if not, it focuses on Vitamin D supplementation and is a must read. Jan T.

A: Thanks for this and always send anything interesting if in doubt.
I have read most of this before in various places and as ever it leaves more unanswered questions than answers. I shall keep seeking them.

Q: I gave my RA brother who is on 8 prescriptions for his pain the serrapeptase enzyme and he takes 8 a day. He did take 8 each hour and sometimes 10 for 1 week and nothing changed, except he tried not taking some pain meds but he could not walk or stand the pain. He said it does not work. –Martin H.

A: Being on 8 drugs will have his system in a mess. Tell him to contact me directly if he want to follow my RA plan.

Autoimmune Disease Health Plan

Q: Hi Robert,

I am using Serraezyme with some success for RA. I have a couple of questions about the enzyme: – are there any conditions for which you do not recommend its use? I was thinking about peptic ulcers as I have heard that it can irritate the condition. If so, what is it doing that causes the problems and is it dangerous? How does the enzyme differentiate between the rubbish to be cleared away and healthy tissues? Hope you can help. Many thanks.

A: Yes it can irritate peptic ulcers as it tried to clear away the unhealthy tissue too quickly.
I recommend Gastro Herbal/Enzyme formula first to get it healthy.
Following the food plan will allow the digestive tract to heal completely. Do you have my plan (and following it)? In fact how much of my full plan are you following?

Q: Mr. Redferm,

I have been suffering from severe rheumatoid arthritis for two years. I have been taking an injected medicine call Enbrel (Etanercept) once a week. I read about an enzyme called Serrapeptase, which is supposed to help people with arthritis. Please advise me whether you think this enzyme would help me enough to stop taking Enbrel and if so, how much should I take?

Thank you so much for your attention.

A: RA is a difficult condition to get under control and although some people have instant results I recommend that you try it for a few weeks and then we can review the results.

SerraPlus+ Capsules will be the first to try at 2 x 3 times per day 30mins before foods.
I also recommend Curcuminx4000 if you want to try something extra at the same time. It helps to heal the digestive tract and is good for the auto-immune system.

Diet is important and please let me know if you want any help from me to make a plan in this area.

Q: I placed an order for serrapeptase yesterday. I am excited but also guarded as I have tried so many natural remedies for my Rheumatoid Arthritis. I was diagnosed 2 1/2 years ago and was prescribed methotrexate. I took myself off of it after about 2 months as it wasn’t helping and gave me horrible side effects. I am now 10 weeks into an all vegetarian diet. I haven’t noticed any marked positive results at this point. I noticed on your RA diet, there is fish and naturally grown meat. Is the meat necessary or can enough protien be consumed with beans, nuts, seeds, etc.? I also have Hashimoto’s thyroiditis. Can the serrapeptase also help this? Any comments/suggestions you may have would be greatly appreciated. I tried to contact you through your web page with my questions. However, it was not functioning properly. You may want to check it. Thank you.

A: Yours is a difficult condition and you will need to experiment to get it under control. When you do, you may need to keep to that protocol for a long time.
Have you stopped eating starchy carbs? Milk products? Send me your menu and I can give you feedback. You really will need a menu to get your food/life under control.
Meat is not essential but fatty acids are, and I take Hemp Oil, and lots of oils on my veggies and salads.
Greens and avocados (2-3 per day) are a critical part of good health and soups and juicing will become part of your life (as it is in mine).
I don’t have an instant solution for you but I will stay with you for the long term. Tell me your supplement program and I can give you feedback on that.

Q: First of all, thank you so much for writing back. I am on my own here and have no one to monitor my situation. I’m sure you hear that a lot. I have been struggling for a long time with this. I do believe that the natural protocols I have tried have kept me from getting a lot worse though. I appreciate your willingness to help more than I can say.

Here is my diet right now. It varies a little, but not much. It is also about 95% organic:

Upon waking, I take my thyroid medication (Armour thyroid – a natural dessicated pig thyroid)

30 minutes later: 5-6 ounces of water with a rounded teaspoon dehydrated organic barley and alfa juice powder (to raise ph)

20 minutes later: a large (16-20 oz) fruit smoothie with various berries, pineapple, banana, coconut milk. I also add about 2 tablespoons of flax oil and milled flax seeds. This is my breakfast.

Between breakfast and lunch: 8 oz. of carrot juice and another green drink.;

For lunch: Usually a large salad containing green leaf lettuce (romaine), cucumbers, 1 whole avocado, some pea/alfalfa/safflower sprouts, some kind of hard bean (kidney/black/garbanzo/pinto) fresh green beans (whatever is fresh and organic at the store). I then make a dressing out of about 1 teaspoon of organic apple cider vinegar, 2-3 tablespoons of olive oil, a little stevia and some herbs to season it. I have recently started eating an organic bean and rice buritto for lunch for more protien. Should I eat both the burrito and the salad??

Between lunch and dinner: another 8 oz of carrot juice and green drink.

For dinner: Another salad as above. Sometimes I’ll have another portion of cooked food with my salad; grilled vegies, baked potato (I know that’s probably bad now, but I don’t do it very often at all).

I do eat bread, but it’s the Ezekiel Bread (made with sprouted grains and NO flour). For snacks, I eat a piece of fruit, nuts, dried fruit. I have had some cooked whole grain pasta after my dinner salad, but not very often. I haven’t had meat or dairy of any kind since I started this diet 10 weeks ago.

Since I started this vegetarian diet, I have lost about 13-14 pounds and my family is getting very concerned. I am 5’6″ tall and weigh about 114 pounds. I am wondering if my thyroid my have something to do with it, so I have set up with my family Dr. to have it checked once a month. It has been a rough road to say the least.

Well, there’s my diet. Like I said, it varies sometimes but not very much. I appreciate your input and suggestions. I am curious to know if you have you worked with anyone with my health conditions? I know everyone’s body is different, but it would be interesting to know what they may have done to help. Do you think the serrapeptase will at least rid me of the inflammation and pain?

A: And which nutrients supplements do you take?

Q: I am only supplementing with calcium/magnesium/vitamin D and B vitamins at this point.

A: Read: Autoimmune Disease Health Plan

Q: Dear Sir,

How can I order Serrapeptase? Is there any charge by shipping or courier to Hong Kong? How much is the product for one bottle or buy three and get one free?

Please kindly provide me the information on ordering the above mentioned product, as I need it for the relief of my neck pain (cervical spondylosis). Please also recommend which one is better for curing my neck pain , whether 90 tables or 60 capsules?

A: SerraPlus+ is better for your neck. It is better to get the 3+1 and get FREE shipping.

Q: Robert…can you explain to me the difference between Curcumin and Turmeric. I realize that they are both similar but I want to get the best one as I suffer a lot with arthritis.

A: Turmeric is not curcumin. There is a small amount of curcumin in turmeric. Even curcumin is not very good at absorbing which is why I introduced CurcuminX4000 which is absorbed 23x better than curcumin. CurcuminX4000 also has a good study on arthritis. Read more here: www.CurcuminX4000.com
