Q: Hi Robert,
I’m 66, and I have neuropathy in my feet (I’m non-diabetic) plus I have Cerabellar Degeneration (Ataxia) which is genetic. Both conditions slowly started about 6 years ago, and now I’m in a motorized wheelchair. I discovered Serrapeptase about 4 weeks ago, and decided to try it. Although it’s not your brand, I’ve noticed that it has helped my neuropathy pain, although my feet are still swollen. I’m hoping and praying that in time, the swelling will go down. I’ve been taking it 1 1/2 weeks. I’ve read where Serrapeptase has helped MS and Parkinson’s sufferers, so I felt it might help my neurological condition. I started out taking 1 pill a day. Then I noticed my foot pain subsiding. I increased it to 2 pills a day. How many pills a day should I take to help my situation? I have high blood pressure too. I’m on high blood pressure medication only. -Margaret
A: Margaret,
You can take serrapeptase 2 x 3 times per day if you want better results.
If you want my help clearing up all of your problems then let me know. I am confident that by sticking to my plan you will clear all of the symptoms and even those that you have been told are genetic and not reversible. How do I know I can help you? Well I don’t, but I have done it for so many people with similar genetic problems to your that it is reasonable to suppose it will work for you. I am prepared to coach you daily if needed and help keep you on the plan in detail.
My plan is here: Peripheral Neuropathy Health PlanÂ
Do you have someone there to help you as well as me over the web?
Q: My wife has peripheral neuropathy (burning, tingling, numbness, etc) mostly on her feet and sometimes in her mouth(tongue area). What is the BEST way to treat this as the neurologists only want to prescribe Gabapentin (which is not really helping her). Thanks.
-Mario C., United States
A: Mario,
Three things are needed to clear this:
- Serranol take 2 x 3 times per day, 30mins before eating a meal, with a glass or water
- Alpha Lipoic Acid -R – Take 1 capsule x 2 times per day
- Benfotiamine – Take 1 capsule x 3 times per day with meals.
See these at www.GoodHealthUSA.com
Stopping all starchy carbs, high sugar fruits and foods and follow the Really Healthy Foods Plan HERE.
Q: I have nuero logical pain with a nuero pathic component in my ankle and a slipped disk in the thorasic spine could you recomend a treatment plan for me I have been using serrapeptase for just over a week and have found it is helping.
-Janet F., United Kingdom
A: Janet, The very best addition to what you are already doing is HealthPoint (see www.HealthPointPower.com and www.DoveHealth.com).
Q: I have been taking serrapeptase for about six weeks (80,000U, 3 or 4 a day) to try to get rid of painful peripheral neuropathy, the result of cancer treatment a year ago. I try to avoid taking Lyrica or Tramal but the pain is often so bad that I need pain-killers too. While the pain is different – it is now a burning sensation in the feet – it is still there, especially at night. Could the serrapeptase be clashing with the pain-killers? Could one cancel out the other? Could the serra be re-activating chemo that remains in the body (I finished taking chemo in February), especially since my feet are red and sore when serra is working, as they were during chemotherapy? I am also taking curcumin and medication for diabetes. Hope you can advise. -Sue H., Thailand
A: Sue,
There are three things that should clear this. I cannot say if one can do clear it its own. Serranol is the one thing to help keep you healthy for ever.
I suggest looking at our really healthy foods diet to achieve and maintain good health. Also see www.ReallyHealthyFoods.com
Q: Sorry to keep you busy with my emails but…
My father suffers from painful neuropathy which he believes is a side effect of blood pressure medication he has taken. What dosage of Serrapeptase would you recommend for him?
I personally would like to take the formula as well. While I have no serious condition, I do have some varicose veins and have been taking 400 IU of natural vitamin E twice a day for that. I also got recurring small infections on my scalp. I feel that I have licked my diverticulosis with diet and supplements because now I can eat even corn, popcorn and strawberries without passing blood for 10 days afterwards like I did over a year ago. What would you recommend for me to take — again when I read the suggestions on the website it is the same for varicose veins as for cardiovascular problems — again what relief could I expect within 7 days? -Steve S.
A: Steve,
It makes sense for him to take BlockBuster. I would also like to send a free bottle of Benfotiamine (see below). It may be by combining the two it will give relief in a matter of a week or so. Make sure you ask for it when you phone (quoting me) or email me if ordering on-line.
You can probably just take SerraPlus+ or SerraEzyme 80,000IU. My wife Anne keeps her veins away taking either of these two (depending on her whim. 7 days may be too soon but if you were in serious discomfort taking 3 x 3 may get you relief that fast.
Q: I suffer from Restless legs Syndrome. Do you know anything about tests on this syndrome? -Joan K., Australia
A: Joan,
I suggest the prime thing to use is Ancient Minerals Magnesium Oil Spray and apply to calves, thighs and feet daily.
Generally everyone is magnesium deficient and we use it daily.
Q: Robert,
I have nerve damage specifically the sciatic nerve. I have had nerve blocks and other assorted facet injections in spine/ nerves/ and joints. My prognosis is that no doctor knows how to “move” the nerve back where it was before I fell. Right now I am just surviving on pain meds with no real treatment except to manage the pain. I am living on time release oxi which really doesn’t work that well. Do you think think either this enzyme and or acupuncture could help? I’m at the end of my rope. I’ve been living in chronic pain for 3 years now. If you publish this please delete or change my name. I started recently taking fish oil, vitamin D, Vitamin C and Vitamin E, aspirin, and Calcium. I’m 51 years age and am not overweight. My cholesterol is a little high. I eat healthy foods and do not drink. -Donna
A: Donna,
By all means take Serranol 2 caps x 3 times per day, 30mins before eating a meal to get on top of the inflammation and help healing but get those reflexes fixed as well. See www.SerranolOffers.com
Stop calcium supplements and take Vitamin K complex instead.
Q: Do you know if Serrapeptase can help chronic Restless Leg Syndrome? -Judy M., Australia
A: Judy,
There are two important things for RLS:
- BlockBuster Allclear 1 x 3 times per day, 30mins befor eating a meal.
- Ancient Minerals Magnesium Oil applied to all leg muscle once per day
See these at www.GoodHealthOZ.com
Q: Hi Robert,
I’m writing to you about my husband. He has several different health issues I think and hope from reading your website and Facebook page that Serrapeptase may help.
My husband is 37 years old, African American, 6″1 and 350 lbs. He’s had chronic back pain for over 5 years and the doctors finally diagnosed it as Sacroiliac Joint Dysfunction and Sciatica Nerve Pain. Along with the back pain he has insomnia, frequent abdominal/prostate pain (possibly IBS), heartburn, and chronic shoulder pain. He gained a considerable amount of weight over the years as his level of activity has considerably decreased/stopped due to the pain. He was officially declared “disabled’ this year and he’s depressed that he can’t provide for his family or live the active life that he used to. He’s in pain 24 hours a day.
Over the years we’ve tried everything – cortisone and epidural shots, burned nerves in his back and doctors have advised him to take percocet and ibuprofin on a daily basis. He has been trying alternative forms of medicine – goes to weekly acupuncture (over a year) and massage therapy treatments (for about 6 months). Massage and acupuncture seem to be the only things providing some relief. His body seems to be building up an immunity to the drugs. He’s tired of the pain and tired of taking medicine.
An acquaintance recently told us of his experience with back pain and said he was introduced to Serrapeptase (Solaray brand) and Mega-Zyme. He said since he started taking these (and fish oil)over 3 years ago, his pain has subsided. This gave us some hope!
Would you recommend these for my husband as well? He has already purchased a bottle of each but has not starting taking them.
Any advice you could give would be greatly appreciated. We’re willing to try anything.
Thank You and God Bless, -Erin L., United States
A: Dear Erin,
He can take 2 capsules x 3 times per day, 30 mins before eating a meal, with a glass of water.
The spine can only become healthy when he stops eating un-natural foods: starchy carbs, grains cereals, potatoes and all processed industrial foods. He must eat God-made food, not man-made.
Include: Vegetables, dark skinned fruits, nuts, seeds, bean, pasture raised meats, and wild fish.
His weight will become healthy and once he can walk 5 fast miles per day will accelerate off.
See my really healthy foods plan attached and ideas at www.ReallyHealthyFoods.com
Q: For tingling and feet falling asleep would you reccomend the block buster the serraplus, and what dosage? I read on your site another customer with similar symptoms uses blockbuster and so does her mother who has perpheral Neuropathy.
-Tanya A., United States
A: Tanya,
I suggest:
- BlockBusterAllclear 2 x 3, 30mins before eating a meal, with a glass of water
- Alpha Lipoic Acid-R 1 caps x 2 times per day with food
- B4Health 1 tablet x 3 times per day with food
Stop starchy carbs and replace with more vegetables and quinoa.
Q: Hi there about two weeks ago I asked you what I should take for tingling and feet falling asleep. You replied blockbuster all clear 2 x3 a day and alpha lipoic acid r 1 x2 a day and b4 health 1 x 3 a day. My question now is how long do I stay at these doses and what doses should I take when backing down? Also I am still having some tingling and feet are still somewhat falling asleep. -Tanya A., United States
A: 2 Weeks is too soon to know and everyone is different. If you have access to a Health store get some Magnesium Oil Spray and massage into your leg muscles and feet before going to bed to help speed it up. Otherwise call 800 455 9155 and ask the to mail you 4 sample bottles of it to try (make sure you let them know you are an existing customer).
Stop starchy carbs and replace with more vegetables and quinoa.
Q: I started with pins and needles in my face in December, the it felt like I had walked through a spiders web on my face. Within a few days I had facial pain in my ear area. I have had it since then, had an MRI and many other tests, doctors want give me strong medication, which I will not take. It feels like I’ve been punched in the face, stiff and sore, what do you suggest? -Pamela M., United Kingdom
A: Pamela,
Take Serranol 2 caps x 3 times per day, 30 mins before eating a meal, with a glass of water. See attached and www.SerranolOffers.com
Read here: What is Peripheral Neuropathy and What Causes It
I have several health issues; spondyloarthritis (need hip joint replacement) and secondary Sjögren’s syndrome. I have very painful peripheral neuropathy mostly in one leg and foot. I have taken serrapeptase 40,000 iu’s once daily since 2012 and it doesn’t seem to really help with my pain like it once did. I seem to be allergic to so many different meds and supplements. I tried to take 80,000 iu’s of serrapeptase once and it made me feel like I had a tight band around my head, so I never tried a higher dosage after that. That is the exact feeling I get when I take a higher dose of nsaids. Any advice as for what to do for my pain would be greatly appreciated.
Hi Debbie,
I would suggest to begin with our full health plan to help with the peripheral neuropathy, as it is important to combine the right form of supplements, with the right diet, but also the same attention on relaxation, positive outlook and even acupressure. i have been taking serrapeptase to help decrease my levels of LDL
cholesterol.
I don’t know yet if it has lowered my LDL , but I was so happy to discover that the side effect seems to be
that my sinuses are so much improved and RLS (restless leg syndrome) seems to have disappeared.
I have been taking serrapeptase and it certainly has helped with my sinus issues. Also, it seems to have lessened my restless leg syndrome dramatically.
I have another issue that no one seems to be able to help me with. On the bottom of my feet I feel like I am walking on pebbles. I went to three podiatrists and they gave me three different diagnoses. 1. morons neuroma; 2. arthritis; 3. loss of padding on bottom of my feet.
None of these seem to address all of the issues: morons neuroma doesn’t usually occur on all joints on ball of feet; third doctor said i have no arthritis whatsoever; and regarding the padding on my feet, I am not sure that would cause the bulging I have on the tuberosity of the 5th metatarsal.
Does anyone recognize all of these symptoms and advise me as to what to do?
Hi Lillian, we would not be able to diagnose and would always advise to seek the advice of the specialist, as you have done. In the meantime, we would suggest following our plan for Morton’s Neuroma, as this can help to tackle pain and inflammation in the foot, and help repair any nerve damage if present: https://www.goodhealthhelpdesk.com/index.php?/Knowledgebase/Article/View/1941/216/mortons-neuroma-health-plan
I hope that helps

Hi
Been suffering severe back pain for several months now and have tried different pain medications which give temporary relief. Recently an MRI has shown a possible Tarliv cyst which could be a cause for nerve compression and severe pain. Am also suffering from Hypo Thyroid. Can you advice and help me
Hi RJ, Yes, I would suggest SerraEnzyme 250,000IU at 3 x 3 times per day to begin with, to get some initial relief. Then review and reduce dose down slowly as required.
And use the HealthPoint acupressure machine to help relieve pain and improve mobility (see http://www.dovehealth.com).
Include Nascent Iodine as a daily supplement to help support the thyroid gland, take 5 drops x 3 per day and Ionic Selenium to help activate the iodine. For our full thyroid plan see here: https://www.goodhealthhelpdesk.com/index.php?/Knowledgebase/Article/View/1961/125/thyroid-health-plan

I just had an epidural yesterday…I bought the serrapeptase 120 spu’s but didn’t start it because I noticed it may have blood thinning qualities and they suggested not taking it before the procedure. I am stopping the Gabapentin because it gives me migraines and nauseousness so I’m back to just Motrin 800 and waiting to see if this second epidural will work. I have a full brand new bottle of the serrapeptase and I’d like to know if I should start it now or wait and any possible side effects such as headache sore nausea I won’t be able to tolerate any more. Please advise me what to do if you can. Thank you so much. I’ve recommended this product also to other friends for sinus and other inflammation conditions.
I forgot to mention that I have the epidural for sciatica and compression fracture Plus some stenosis and sclerosis
Hi Sandra, you can take the Serrapeptase leading up to the procedure but stop 24-48 hours beforehand. Serrapeptase is without any known side-effects, and doesn’t thin the blood but helps it flow more freely by clearing out the debris and inflammation.

Hello Jennifer, for the internal scar tissue take SerraPlus 2 capsules 3 x per day, reducing to 1 x 3 as relief is felt. Plus to help repair any possible nerve damage, then take the B4 Health Spray (b complex) alongside Alpha Lipoic Acid. Review your progress after 2-3 months, and if you need any further assistance you can contact the health coaches at http://www.mygoodhealthclub.com

Hi I may have Small fibre neuropsthy, abdominal pain, chest pain, tingling in chest and face, burning palms when eating certain foods, tips of fingers red most of the time, cold feet. I have started taking serrapeptase 3 x daily, can you suggest anything else ? Thank you

Hello, I’m taking Drs brand serrapeptase and nanopactese. But my legs continue to swell if any standings, etc. Please help me. I’m on 120,000 / 4 a day. I can’t enjoy going on vacation, shopping or even out in my yard with my dogs. Both of my calves swell bad. Please help 🙏
Hi Frankie, for lymphodema, ensure that you are taking SerraEnzyme 250,000IU, up to 3 x 3 times per day, if you need it. Also, you need to make sure you are getting regular circulatory exercise daily, and doing lots of breathing exercises. If you can, take CurcuminX4000 3 x per day too, to aid healing. Drink plenty of pure water daily, 6-8 large glasses through the day, and have a really good dietary menu, see http://www.reallyhealthyfoods.com for a basic recovery guide.

Hello,
My name is Nick. I have muscle tingling, IBS with depression and anxiety and persistent insomnia. I was starting taking serrapeptase. What would you recomnend as supleuments
Hello Nick, a good place to start is with some digestive health support. We would advise to follow the guidelines in the digestive health plan here and to work on balancing the gut microflora with a good probiotic such as Prescript Biotics. You can see the plan here: https://serrapeptase.info/health-plans/
To help with the muscles and nerves, rub the Magnesium Oil in to the body each day and use the B4 Health Spray. Add in the Alpha Lipoic Acid if needed.
Work on improving overall nutritional status with Active Life Capsules and the Pure Organic Concentrated Minerals, and follow the dietary recommendations at http://www.reallyhealthyfoods.com
You can view the products at http://www.goodhealthoz.com
I hope that helps and for full support contact the coaches at http://www.mygoodhealthclub.com

Hello, I had tarsal tunnel surgery and it’s taking awhile to heal. There was a pinched nerve in the foot. What might you recommend.
Thank you
Hi Jesse, we would advise the Serranol and B4 Health Spray to aid in your recovery.

Hi,
My 87yo dad has non-diabetic peripheral neuropathy in his feet & legs. Started with his feet and has moved up his legs and is gradually getting worse. He can’t feel his feet, but still has pain, and is now getting very wobbly and having trouble standing still but can still walk. Doctors say there is no treatment and that he will end up in a wheelchair. What would you recommend for him?
Hello Dia, we would advise to follow the Peripheral Neuropathy plan, and prioritise the Serranol, B4 Health Spray and Alpha Lipoic Acid. This will work on both the inflammation and pain, as well as the nerve damage and repair. Plus use a topical magnesium product, such as the Ancient Minerals Magnesium Oil rubbed on to the body twice a day.

Hi,
My father (82 years) was recently diagnosed with pancreatic cancer (confined within the pancreas at this stage) and underwent chemo which has caused peripheral nephropathy to his legs. He is currently taking Joe Tippens cancer protocol (Fenbendazole) with some of Jane McLellands cancer protocol ( Curcumin, berberine, milk thistle, dandelion, cranberry, Vit E, zinc, Loratadine, vit C, Vit K2 and D3. He is currently not undertaking any chemo or anything, just the supplements I’ve mentioned. He is actually otherwise in good health, feeling nothing at this stage in terms of the cancer. Can you advise if you think serrapeptase would be beneficial for him in regard to both the cancer and the leg pain and numbness please? Or other suggestions that you consider may assist him please?
Thank you. Yvonne
Hi Yvonne, Serrapeptase is a good option to help tackle some of the inflammation and pain. We would also suggest Alpha Lipoic Acid and a B-complex for the neuropathy. Look for either the SerraEnzyme 250,000iu or Serranol, 3 capsules per day.
Hi,
I recently got diagnosed with degenerative disease on my c5 neck. I’ve a pinched nerve also in that area which I’ve tried to heal myself, doing acupuncture also exercises to ease the pain. I don’t want to have the recommended surgery my Dr suggested or the injection. I have been taking serrapeptase with good results but, I feel I’m not taking enough to completely take the pain/inflammation away. Currently I have got myself up to 120,000 x 2 daily. Will this eventually be enough? I’ve read that some people are recommended 250,000 up to 3 times per day. Would it be safe for me to try this? I don’t have any reactions so I feel I could take more. I have pain in the neck mostly during the night which wakes me. I’m just so tired of this pain, which is from an old car accident 14yrs ago. Thank you for your advice.
Hi Emma, there is no set limit on how much Serrapeptase should be taken daily and higher doses, sometimes as high as 250,000IU 3 x 3 a day, are dramatically improving many health conditions without any side effects. Once a high dose relieves chronic pain, inflammation etc then a lower amount can be taken for maintenance. Kind Regards, The Serrapeptase.info Team.
