Q: I have successfully used serrapeptase to ease the pain of a morton’s neuroma. Now I am having knee surgery for a torn miniscus and was wondering what dosage might help with the inflammation following my surgery.
Also is it ok to combine serrapeptase with SAM-e. -Jeff

A: Great news on the Morton’s. The plan is the same for your knee surgery recovery. Start 24hrs after the operation, taking SerraPlus+ 1 cap x 3 times per day 30 mins before eating a meal, with a glass of water.

It is fine to take with Sam-e and I have a new formulation (SAM-e Plus+) complete with the essential B complex and other other powerful ingredients. See it in a delayed release capsules to take it safely through the stomach to the small intestine for absorption.

Q: Please send me the correct dosage/amounts of your formula to take to resolve this issue. I have been suffering with this condition in both feet since January of this year which can be very, very painful. I have had hydrotherapy, TENS, Massage therapy as well as custom Orthotics all to no avail. I started taking Serrapeptase beginning in July along with B-50, and Tumeric-Curcumin supplements in the folloing fashion:

  • Serrapeptase 40,000 units 2 capsules 3X/daily
  • Tumeric/Curcumin 500 mg. 2 capsules 3X/daily
  • B-50 Complex ( B1-50 mg. B-2 50 mg., B-3 50 mg., B-6 50 mg., Folate 40 mcg., B-12 50 mg., Biotin – 50 mcg., Pantothenic Acid 50 mg.)
  • 2 capsules 3X/daily

Are these the correct dosages or should I change it or add anything else? Should I continue with the Orthotics even if they hurt? Thank you! -Cheryl D.

A: Those doses should be fine. I am not sure about the orthotics as it is not my area. You should be getting relief within a couple of weeks and come back to me with your progress.

Q: I was diagnosed with cdif in June ’12 after taking antibiotics for an ear infection in May. I took Flagyl for the cdif and now am taking a strong probiotic saccharomyces boulardii to get my intestine back to normal.

I got a Morton’s Neuroma in July and have been seeing a chiropractor for it. I get some relief, but I am awaiting my order of Serrapeptase & am really hoping this will work! Please let me know if there is anything more I should do?

Morton’s Neoroma is a swelling on a nerve tunnel under the foot resulting in inflammation and pain which becomes chronic (because we continually walk on it). This is much like carpal tunnel on the wrist (because we continually use it).

I get about 7 out of 10 people getting success with this plan. There are no side effects nor contraindications, even in pregnancy.

See http://goodhealthnews.tv/serrapeptase/recovery-plans/mortons-neuroma

Important:

  • SerraPlus+ Capsules 1 x 3 times per day, 30mins before eating – for inflammation
  • B4Health – B Vitamin Complex High dose take 1 x 2 times per day with a meal
  • Ancient Minerals Magnesium Oil, massage into foot and calf once daily – Improves magnesium and oxygen levels – good for runners as well.
  • CurcuminX4000 2 x 3 times per day with the serra – for nerve repair.

It is sensible to cushion the foot during recovery and seek alternative exercises to walking, running etc and lay on back and cycle legs in the air.

Recommended: It is certain that high sugar, processed foods and baked carbs goods are factor in all of your problems. This is sometimes referred to as the Hunter/Gather man/woman diet as it does not have any processed food food. We have a new web site www.ReallyHealthyFoods.com where we plan to post menus, meal ideas and food lists from the list below. It will be updated over the coming weeks and so keep checking it for changes. You can eat as much as you like of vegetables, nuts, oils etc even though you may lose weight they still provide the super nutrients for your cells. If eating meat/fish make sure they are wild oily fish (salmon, sardines, mackeral, etc) and grass fed meats (never grain or corn fed).

Avocados are one of the best foods for good health (1-2 per day is my recommendation and it is a fast food).

My recovery food plan (and anti-aging) and to maintain ‘perfect Health’ (pH).

Eating a mainly alkaline diet (high pH) is the other critical thing to do.

  • STOP all, starchy carbohydrates (breads, pastry, cookies, breakfast cereals, white rice, potatoes, and pasta), processed foods and cows milk products.
  • These are inflammatory foods and will make healing more difficult. Try to stick to Quinoa and the other carb alternatives shown at www.ReallyHealthyFoods.com for your health.
  • Eat some of the following foods every 2 hours.
  • Eat 10 to 14 small portions (about the size of your fist) of fresh or frozen veggies daily (in soups, juiced, stir-fried, steamed etc) 50% raw juiced (use the pulp in soups) (Organic if possible).
  • Eat 3-5 portions of beans, nuts and seeds (soaked and mashed for the nuts and seeds)
  • Eat 3-5 portions dark skinned fruits, (blueberries, cherries, red grapes (especially the minimum of 2 avocados daily) etc).
  • Hemp, or Krill Oil and other healthy oils such as olive oil etc
  • Drink 6-8 x 500ml glasses of distilled or filtered water per day with a pinch of bicarbonate of soda which improves oxygen transport.
  • Take 3 x teaspoons of Sea or Rock salt daily in food or a little water. (no table salts)

Exercise every day: start with lying on your back and cycling your legs in the air as this will improve circulation to your feet, legs and take the pressure of your heart and lungs when exercising. Get someone to hold your feet to get you started. Blood (oxygenated) is the bringer of life and health and it only circulates when you are moving. The goal is just 12 mins of vigorous exercise per day which studies show is the perfect amount. Poor breathing leaves too much carbon dioxide in the blood which destroys haemoglobin. Also, walk 3 miles per day when you are able.

Q: My husband (54, in generally good health) had surgery for MN (via top of foot) almost a year ago. (After years of injections, orthotics, etc) He has had a very very difficult time since. He is now experiencing more pain than before the surgery. He was referred by his surgeon to a neurologist who prescribed Neurontin, which gave him very limited relief (even after tripling the dosage). He saw a second surgeon who referred him to another doctor for Radiofrequency therapy. ( To be done this Friday) In the past few days the pain has amped up incredibly. He now is experiencing intense burning pain, and is unable to put any weight on the foot at all. The pressure from a blanket laying on the foot is too painful. Last night I brought him to the emergency room, they gave him Percocet…this is barely taking the edge off. I am now reading about Complex Regional Pain Syndrome after MN surgery, and starting to worry. -Christine

Q: Dear Robert,

I have been reading about serrapetase. I am considering trying this for Morton’s neuroma. I have also read that this is a natural pain killer. Will this block the pain and therefore need to be taken on a continual daily basis or will this help clear the problem and only need to be taken for a certain length of time. If it is a pain killer it seems that the cessation of use will result in the pain returning.

Thanks for your input,

-Ilga K.

A: Ilga,

The pain associated with Morton’s Neuroma is as a result of pressure from fibrosis pressing on a nerve. Serrapeptase will clear this fibrosis and of course the pain that results from it. If the cause of the fibrosis (eg vitamin or mineral deficiency) is resolved then the fibrosis will not return.

I recommend:

  • SerraPlus+ 2 x 3 times per day 30mins before eating with a glass of water
  • Also drink 6 other glasses of water with a pinch of bicarbonate of soda in each glass over the day.
  • Cut down on starchy carbohydrates and increase green vegetables and dark skinned fruits.

Q: Hi,
I am currently taking SerraEnzyme on the regimen for Mortons Neuroma and am having great results. I am in my 4th week of taking the Serrapeptase and may be pregnant and do not want to have to stop taking it. I know you have said that it is safe to take in pregnancy, but you did not mention why/how it is safe. How do you know for sure that it is safe to take during pregnancy? -Erin M., United States

A: Erin,

35 Years of use throughout the world and our two daughters using it throughout, tells me it is safe.

Eating junk un-natural industrial foods including grains and cereals and lack of essential nutrients is a real danger in pregnancy to both the mother and baby.

Q: Hello,

I just bought Serrapeptase and I’m very excited. I have Neuromas, and inflammation from a stress fracture. I understand I should take two tablets (40,000) each – three times a day. By the third week, I should reduce this? Is that correct? Please advise. -Mary D.

A: Mary, Here is the protocol.

Q: Hi Robert,
I have been suffering from Morton’s neuroma for several years now…one in my right foot (light, manageable pain), one in my left foot (severe pain, have had 2 surgeries to remove the nerve with little improvement).

I recently purchased Serretia (Serrapeptase supplement by Arthur Andrew Medical, link: and was wondering if you had a recommended dosage, as the units are measured in SPUs instead of IIUs. Any other advice would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks so much! -Matt H., United States

A: Matt,

I have no idea about this company’s products and am very concerned with their untruthful statments on their web site such as enteric coatings are using banned plastics etc.

I have developed the plan below over 12 years and as users have huge success rate with my Morton’s Neuroma plan I suggest you consider sending the product back and follow this:

Morton’s Neoroma is a swelling on a nerve tunnel under the foot resulting in inflammation and pain which becomes chronic (because we continually walk on it). This is much like carpal tunnel on the wrist (because we continually use it).

I get about 7 out of 10 people getting success with this plan. There are no side effects nor contraindications, even in pregnancy.

Important:

  • SerraPlus+ 80,000iu Capsules 1 x 3 times per day, 30mins before eating – for inflammation
  • B4Health – B Vitamin Complex High dose take 1 x 2 times per day with a meal
  • Ancient Minerals Magnesium Oil, massage into foot and calf once daily – Improves magnesium and oxygen levels – good for runners as well.

Recommended:

  • CurcuminX4000 2 x 3 times per day with the serra – for nerve repair.

It is sensible to cushion the foot during recovery and seek alternative exercises to running such running in a swimming pool or sea and/or lay on back and cycle legs in the air.

Q: I have had Morton’s Neuroma in both feet for over 20 years and in June 2012 had surgery to remove the nueromas (1 in left foot and two large ones in the right foot). I have had terrible tissue scarring and a poor recovery. what would you recommend for this to recover? Do you have a website for Australia for purchases? -Debbie, Australia

A: Debbie, I wish you had found me before the op. Take SerraPlus+ 1 capsules x 3 times per day. See these in Au at www.GoodHealthOZ.com.

Q: I have been suffering from Morton’s Neuroma since 2009 and I tried all of the conservative treatments without success. The cortisone injections didn’t help and the doctor stated that my only option was surgery. Considering all the negative responses to surgery I opted to find an alternative. I came across serrapeptase and decided to try it along with Vitamin B supplements. I am pleased to say that it has now been nearly 4 weeks since I have needed to take a pain medication for my MN. I take 120,000 IU/day and the pain has subsided. I do have the occasional ache but nothing nearly as agonizing as previously. I plan on continuing with the Serrapeptase/Vitamin B regimen to continue this wonderful feeling of pain-free living. I did have one question, however; I still feel the “heavyness” of the neuroma. Will serrapeptase help in making my foot feel “normal,” meaning having a completely healthy foot? I hope so. Thank you so much for allowing me to share my positive experience with serrapeptase. -Issac, United States

A: Issac

Yes I have helped many thousands with Morton’s Neuroma over the past 13 years since I introduced serrapeptase. I only added the B Vits and Curcumin to the plan a few years ago to improve the success rate. A good percentage have started this plan and within 4-8 weeks have been cleared. I personally have taken 240,000iu of Serrapeptase, B4Health and Curcumin daily to maintain good health for many years. Imagine my surprise when earlier this year I bought a new pair of shoes and after a few weeks developed Morton’s Neuroma! Not being used to pain, I was annoyed since I was already taking the existing solution and had no new solutions. In desperation (I don’t like pain) reached for a new electronic device called Pain Genie Good Health Naturally had just started stocking and with no real confidence treated my foot. It started feeling better immediately and within 20mins the pain was gone. It came back once the next day and a simple repeat of the treatment cleared it again.

All I was left with was the numb (or heaviness feeling) feeling you describe. I treated this for a few mins daily for a couple of weeks to clear the numb feeling. Now there is no Morton’s Neuroma and no heaviness (and definitely I am not testing those shoes again).

Look at it here PAIN GENIE.

PS. It gives faceLifts as well.
