Bursitis FAQ

Q: Hi I’ve only been taking these (Natures Aid, high potency 80.000iu ) for 3 days now recommended by a friend who told me her osteopath recommended to her. We are both fitness instructors. My doctor diagnosed me with ‘bursitis’ a few weeks ago and prescribed anti inflammatorys and rest. My friend had exactly the same symptoms in the same places as me eg. painful swollen knees, pains in the feet, achilles tendons, backs of heels, bottom of heals, across the width of feet! etc., due to over use (many many exercise classes over many many years!)

I’m not sure what dosage to take. The lable says 1-2 each day. Is that enough? Should I increase? -Lorraine H., United Kingdom

A: Lorraine,

My recommendation is something much more powerful:

  • Take Serranol 2 caps x 3 times per day, 30 mins before eating a meal, with a 500ml glass of water

See more at www.SerranolOffers.com

Also cut out the carbs (highly inflammatory) and replace with Quinoa.

I am currently taking SeraGold 300,000 SPU 2 times per day for knee bursitis/hoffa’s fat pad syndrome with physical therapy twice per week. According to your plan, it shows 500,000 4 times per day for bursitis. Is this the amount I should currently be taking for a full recovery?

Hello Ryan, that is our general recommendation based on the severity of the situation. If you are finding relief with your current protocol then continue on, otherwise you might find more benefit from taking the serrapeptase to a higher dose, as this has helped people in the past.

Bursitis Preguntas Frecuentes

P: Hola, he estado tomando Natures Aid, 80,000iu de alta potencia durante 3 días, recomendado por un amigo que me dijo que su osteópata se lo había recomendado. Somos ambos instructores de fitness. Mi doctor me diagnosticó ‘bursitis’ hace unas semanas y me recetó antiinflamatorios y descanso.

¿Debo aumentarla? -Lorraine H., Reino Unido
