The 10 Step ‘Good Health for Life™’ Plan

Action What You Need to Do
1. Take the basic nutrients missing from the average daily diet for daily good health. Take:

  • 90 Vitamins & Minerals in a Liquid Form
  • Probiotic (9 strains) take 3 servings (Capsules) per day and break them open and mix with small amount of vegetables or with Yogurt
  • Digestive Enzyme complex take 6 servings of 3 capsules on an empty stomach.
  • Hemp Oil fatty acids take 2 servings of 30ml daily.
2. Drink water.
6-10 glasses of Reverse Osmosis or filterer Water are essential for good health.

4. Stop Eating Junk foods that degenerate your cells.

This especially includes ALL breads, pastry, biscuits, breakfast cereals, potato products, parsnips, pasta and processed foods. Read more
5. Get more oxygen around your body.
Oxygen is the prime source of health, energy and regeneration in your body. Sitting down and expecting oxygen to get around your body is crazy.

6. Cleanse/Detox
Consider an Herbal Cleanse to recover and heal your digestive system.
7. Homeopathy/Emotional problems?
Ask your Doctor to refer you to a Homeopathic Doctor. It may work and should not need more that a couple of visits.
8. Acupuncture/Acupressure

Consider Acupuncture or Electronic Acupressure to treat the acupuncture points associated with your condition.

9. Consider Oxygen Therapy

Oxygen promoting enzymes and Ozone Therapy.
10. Get Serious about Health
Getting healthy as opposed to just taking drugs is the sensible way to avoid diseases and premature ageing.
Make it the highest priority in your life.

Is there brand names of Serrapeptase and curcumin you recommend?

  • Robert Redfern says:

There is SerraEnzyme 80,000iu and CurcuminX4000.
It really depends upon the uses you want to put it to as Serranol has serrapeptase/Curcumin.Ecklonica Cava/Vit D3 http://www.serranolOffers.com

    Robert,
I was diagnosed earlier this year with Sarcoidosis in my mediastinal lymph nodes and some lung nodules following a severe case of strep A pneumonia. Recent CT Scan showed increased inflamation. My pulmonologist wants to order steroids, but I really don’t want to start them because of the side effects. Can serrapeptase help with Sarcoid?
I’m now on Johanna Budwig’s diet, but the high amount of Flax seed Oil (6 T=720 cal) is making me gain unwanted weight. What do you suggest?
    Nancy

  • Robert Redfern says:

Nancy, I will email a full plan.

I’ve just had allergy tests and am intolerant to many many foods. I had the tests because I felt tired and hot internally (head, brain fatigue, stomach, bowel – was diagnosed with fibromyalgia) and because I’m Coeliac but still had symptoms which doctors ignored. How can I get rid of inflammation in my body and get a more varied healthy diet in the process?

  • meli says:

Hi Robert, Ive just found your website by chance. I used Serrapeptase for my daughter after she had her tonsills out and found it to be very effective. I have autoimmune thyroid disease (graves disease) I have tried to stay away from medication prescribed by my GP but my blood results have been getting worse every month. Ive tried herbalism, accupunture, and giving up gluten but nothing has helped. I am fit, have never smoked, drink rarely and do not eat meat.
I wondered if Serrapeptase could help my auto immune disease

Plus is there anything else i could try ?

    Mant thanks .

    Hi there,
I have developed over the last 4 yrs of living in a damp climate and realising our house is mouldy (we r in the subtropics) – allergy induced asthma. I have had almost constant chest infections on and off and now it has become asthma, I am wondering, looking at you protocols, where I can buy the herbs that you reccomend – Tylophora Ashmatica and the other one listed. Could you point me in the right direction, the serrapeptase seems to be helping alot, but I am eager to heal, thank you so much,
    cheers, Sarah
ps. Anything else that you can recommend for mould issues would be greatly appreciated, I am trying to follow Body Ecology dietary principles and using essential oils and taking very good multi/essential oil supplements ..thanks again.

  • Ann says:

I was told by my husband’s cardiologist that he wouldn’t make the ride home from the hospital and, if he did, he would most certainly be dead in the next two months. The “doc” so believed this that he didn’t even schedule a follow-up appointment for him. With our family doctor’s willingness to think outside the box, but in secret, he has managed to help us keep my husband going since then (Sept 2007). He has tried to help us with alternative medicine although his training has only been traditional for M.D.s. As he comes across things he thinks might help, he will give us info outside of his office. His partners want nothing to do with the alternatives and would probably oust him if they knew. Anyway, you can just imagine that he is so dear to us as we would not have had any idea of how to start, to add and take away, and/or to monitor the results. We started by studying the deficiencies found in cadavers of heart patients with kidney dysfunction or malfunction. By supplementing those common deficiencies along with Ubiquinol, he has improved greatly but could be so much better.
    His problems are these:
1-It was discovered when he was almost 50 that he had been born with only one kidney. By getting this info so late, his has kidney has suffered much unnecessary abuse and now functions at about 50percent but that is on a scale for 2 kidneys. Therefore, for one they say he is functioning at 25%. He is narrowly escaping dialysis which they thought he would have had to have 5 or 6 years ago.
2-He was diagnosed nearly 25 years ago with COPD related to asthma which started when he was about 18 and working in the fields with his father who was also asthmatic.
3-At age 51 (2001) he had his first heart attack. At age 54 (2004) he had a pacemaker/de-fibrilator put in and was medically retired.
In 2007, his body had just about used up all its abilities and he ended up in the hospital again. It was at that point that the “genius” cardiologist annouced Bill’s impending death and gave up. But, our family doctor started suggesting things of alternative medicine… the supplements from our study. Bill was sleeping 20+ hours a day. One of the things we learned from our studies is that you have to give time for the body and everything else to work together. Approximately 4 months later, our son came for a visit and exclaimed “Mom, Dad is better!!! ………and I am not just imagining it!” Then, I new it was real! I had told NO ONE what we were doing! He now sleeps maybe 10+ hours a day. He has recently been diagnosed with some type of degenerative spine disease in the tail bone which gives him a great deal of pain! He is so tired of being plied with all the things docs do that he doesn’t want to pursue anything about the spine deal. But, the other day, our dear, sweet fam doc said for me to do some studying about nattokinase and serrapeptase! WOW!!! That led me to you. The more I read from your information, the more I know that there is something in this for BOTH of us. Mainly, though, I just would like your help with my hubby. If you need to know the list of the prescripts he is still taking, I could email you a list or anything else you like. I feel guilty taking so much of your time as I know there must be so many others who are needing you just as much. And, as you know, the whole point is what you would recommend. Appreciatively, and many thanks.

    Hi Robert
I am 65 years young. I have always been fairly active and reasonably fit although a little overweight. In August 2009 I suffered a minor heart attack (the first time I had ever had symptoms) and was hospitalised for tests etc, resulting in an Angiogram (which found the offending artery 75% blocked) and a stent was duly inserted. Since then I have been on a regimen of prescription drugs, blood pressure, blood thinners etc. I had a suspected recurrent angina attack again in September 2010, again hopitalised for tests, another Angiogram, only to find that the same artery was 55% blocked closer to the main branch this time, but no stent (Cardio specialist said “blockage was not severe enough to require stenting”) One of the drugs prescribed for me is Lipitor at 40mg for high cholesterol but the side effects, particularly muscle and joint pain, were too much for me and as this added to my arthritic pain anyway, I ceased taking it. My GP (who is a caring and good bloke and does have my best interests at heart) keeps warning me that the high cholesterol (high LDL low HDL high triglycerides) may lead to the stent blocking and a major heart attack. Now I worry about every little tweak or chest pain; “Is this another attack?” I ask myself. I also have poor circulation to my extremeties and do suffer from cold feet and hands in the cooler weather. I also have problems with inner thigh leg cramps at night which wake me and I have to fly out of bed and try to stretch these out; extremely painful! I drink diluted sports drinks during the day to help maintain hydration and keep up the electrolytes to try and prevent the cramps and to a degree this works. Feb this year and DVTs to the lower left leg, another hospital visit and blodclot dissolving protocols of Clexane at first then Warfarin which I am still taking, along with regular blood tests. I have ordered the Serra plus capsules and have read as much material as I can on the Serrapeptase product, including the testimonials. What, if anything can I include to assist my body to deal with the above afflictions? I will appreciate any helpful hints you could provide.
    With thanks,
    Cheers

    Ray,
I am commenting below before I send the full plan (next email) so you get my take on the situation.

    Comment:
You are lucky. A little know fact is that over 20% of the population drop dead between 45 and 65 from their first heart attack. On the other hand you are unlucky as the medical system should have found this by giving you at least a bi-annual screening if not an annual screening with the correct equipment (Heart Rate Variability HRV) and a homo-cysteine blood test. You are further unluck as they gave you a stent which is permanent and does eventaully block no matter how many drugs they give you. They should have changed your diet and given you enzymes and other important nutrients. You have to do that now anyway as you will see in my plan.

I have to say those irritating words “I told you so” in my previous paragraph above. They gave you the wrong treatment and the proof in in the re-occurrence of your problem. Incidentally there are just as many people die from heart attacks with low cholesterol as with high cholesterol disproving the drug companies fraudulent claims that statin will save your life.

My GP (who is a caring and good bloke and does have my best interests at heart) keeps warning me that the high cholesterol (high LDL low HDL high triglycerides) may lead to the stent blocking and a major heart attack. Being caring, nice, a good bloke is all very good but the danger is you may believe he is correct with his plan for you and it should be obvious that you are getting the wrong care and wrong recovery plan.

“I told you so, again”

I have ordered the Serra plus capsules and have read as much material as I can on the Serrapeptase product, including the testimonials. I am trying to get GHOZ to hold the order until you see my plan.

What, if anything can I include to assist my body to deal with the above afflictions? I will appreciate any helpful hints you could provide. Yes, and I trust you will stick to the detail. The cure is in the lifestyle detail. The plan is coming next.
