I have breathing issues and am a former smoker. I am not presently diagnosed with COPD but am certain I would qualify if I went to the doctor. My lung function has dramatically improved using Serrapeptase and Nattokinase. Using Serrapeptase alone literally gives me the ability to control the thickness of my saliva and sputum. I can have really thick mucus/sputum that is so thick I can barely cough it out. But on Serrapeptase I can quickly regulate its thickness. Still too thick? I take another Serra 120,000. It only takes an hour or so to start thinning my mucus and sputum.
I usually begin the day with 250,000 I.U. of Serrapeptase and take another 120,000 an hour later. (Thank you, Mr Redfern, for making this new dosage available!) An hour or two after lunch I take another 120,000 dosage and 2 hours after dinner I take another 120,000 I.U.
My breathing has dramatically improved and continues to do so. My sinuses have also greatly improved allowing me to naturally process mucus in my sinuses like I did when I was a kid.
I have noticed many scars that start changing color and have begun to fade over time. I only take Nattokinase when my regular regimen doesn’t seem to be working like usual. I found Natto thins my blood to such a level that I am uncomfortable with, thus only take it when I feel absolutely necessary.
