Q: How can Serrapeptase help with Asthma and how many should I take?
A: Serrapeptase helps immensely as it clears out all of the inflammation, mucus and dead/ scar tissue. By clearing away this problem tissue, it enables the body’s own healing system to replace it with healthy tissue, with better bronchial/lung function as a result. Start with 2 Tablets of Serrapeptase x 3 times per day on an empty stomach and increase it to 4 x 3 if no relief within 7 days. Then gradually reduce to 1 x 1.
Q: Can I take too many tablets or can it interfere with any drugs I am taking?
A: No. It has been used for over 25 years with no side effects reported.
Q: I have a 21 month old grandson who has recently acquired severe asthma since having a respiratory infection at the end of May. The attacks keep reoccuring. He had no issues with his lungs before then. I wonder if this might work for him, since the serrapeptase seems to alleviate my own sinus and airways. But is he too young? If he can take it, how much should he use? Thanks. -Anita K., United Kingdom
A: Anita,
Yes he can take it. Open a SerraEnzyme 80,000iu capsule and divide it into 2 and put it on a spoon and let him wash it down with water. One part in morning before a meal and one part in the afternoon before a meal.
Also do the same with Prescript Assist. See it at www.Probiotic29.com
See them both at www.GoodHealthNaturally.com
I strongly suggest stopping cows milk products and only having sheeps or goats milk products. These are know to be better than cows milk.
You can see my signature below and attached what I think of grains and cereals.
Check out the food plan.
Q: I have healed beautifully from implementing supplements and a whole food organic diet. However, one thing remains, asthma. How much do I need to purchase per month to heal my lungs and how many mg’s per day should I start with? I take no pharmaceutical drugs except I do have a rescue inhaler on hand. They have tried to prescribe steroids and inhalers but I refuse them. I believe in Natural Medicine exclusively and Allopathic is for emergencies just to keep one alive. Thanks. -Janet G., United Kingdom
A: Janet,
There are two things I recommend:
- 1st Line Immune kit to make sure the auto immune problems are completely resolved. I recommend 3 kits over 3 days (1 kit per day).
- Serranol – 1 capsules x 3 times per day, 30 mins before eating a meal to keep any inflammation in order.
Both of these are available via www.GoodHealthUSA.com in California.
PS. I presume you have stopped eating all grains and cereals?
Q: Robert, Thanks so much. I am a vegan, my diet everyday is a bit different, I make a green drink with fresh organic greens from my garden and the market, kale, spinach, dandelions, parsley, cucumber, and sometimes an apple or pear, or I drink a fresh glass of blueberries, strawberries, pineapple, banana, chia seeds, kiwi and any fruit in season and I add a scoop of chlorella, spirulina, wheat grass and alfalfa and vitamin C that I make with whole oranges and lemons dried and ground and I pick the alfalfa and dry and add both to the chlorella and, spriulona and wheat grass.
For lunch I have a vegan lunch with perhaps a bit of tofurkey and greens, tomatos, or hummus, cucumbers in an organic wrap. Should I eliminate the wrap too? I also drink water kefir and coconut kefir that I make. If I want a treat I have a rice cake with fresh raw almond butter mixed with coconut and coconut oil. I need to lose 35 lbs after being sick. My autoimmune has n’t flared since I stopped the Pharmaceutical drugs i n 2007, November. I also detox with zeolite powder. But I have a hard time losing weight, is it the almonds? Please help! I need to and know my asthma would be better if I didn’t have so much weight,. Thanks for your help. This time I am very serious. I am doing so much better every year I seem to get better and my immiune system is working for me by protecting me from colds!! It is awesome, but still need help losing weight and with my diet. Thanks, you are the greatest and help so many people!
Also I will add that last week I did have cereal (organic millet, quinoa all mixed together) is this bad? These are seed and seeds are good.
-Janet G., United States
A: Janet,
Your diet is tremendous.
The things that concern me the “organic wrap” and “rice cake”. There should be no grains or cereals. Seeds such as quinoa and buckwheat are fine.
I don’t eat sandwiches. I snack on avocados or nuts. eat salads etc. Cakes and cookies can be made with almond flour and coconut flour.
Q: Robert,
I have one more concern and I am certain many folks state this. The cost of the 1st Line is quite expensive, so i really can’t afford both at this time. I was totally paralyzed with Churg Strauss Vasculitis and couldn’t walk or use my right hand and wasn’t able to work at all. I even acquired foot drop, all was a shock. But I can walk now, drive and even ride my bicyclce as I have worked very hard to heal. I feel blessed as I just started to work again after not being able to work since 2006. I am so behind and it will take a while for me to be able to afford these supplements.
Let me ask, I am taking Moducare which is a plant sterol/sterolin for my immune system. I haven’t been sick since 2010, use to regularly end up in ER during winter with pneumonia or bronchial asthma. I feel quite energetic but we had severe fires when we moved here and I believe it caused permanent lung damage as I never used a nebulizer before I moved here. I am using less and less but feel that I have lung scar tissue and that’s why I felt the Serrapetase would help me to heal my lungs from all the coughing I did. Not as much now except I am supposed to be allergic to oaks (and I am surrounded by them). Also I was taking olive leaf extract that I made for mycoplasma as I felt that is what could very well be keeping the asthma alive. While I was taking I was given allergy tests (by allopathic Nurse Practitioner)and I was told In was allergic to olive? I never had any reaction to olives in my life! So I quit the olive leaf extract, but wonder if these blood tests are even accurate, because Olive leaf extract is really amazing and has helped my cough and so has pau d arco. Also told I was allergic to peanut butter, never had a reaction to that either, oak, elm and ragweed. -Janet G., United States
A: I have not much confidence in the blood tests. I would take the Olive Leaf and Moducare is good. If money is tight then consider SerraPlus+ for your lung scarring. All peanuts have mycotoxins and so they are not good. Make sure you keep of grains and cereals as well.
Q: Really want to try serrapeptase for my asthma. BUT I have heard that if you take it with protein either the serra doesn’t work as well or the protein won’t? Does serrapeptase inhibit protein effectiveness? This is important to me because I am hypoglecemic and need a high protein diet. Thanks! -Dylan W., United States
You have been mislead. It is taken 30mins before eating a meal on an empty stomach, with a glass of water. Tell me what you want to treat with it and I can advise further.
Q: I am 50 and the last 4-5 years I started developing asthma, which only happens if I exhert myself, so spend weeks without any signs, the homeopath at the time thought it was more stress..I did have a car crash in 97 and a chronic cough since then, which stopped 5 years ago, and then had this asthma symptoms. Which can also be a symptom of estrogen dominance, since reading Dr Lee’s findings on that I started the progesterone cream, now the hot flushes i experienced when starting the cream have now stopped in January, at the same time as those fibroids grew again (there are 3 of them, the largest measuring 11cm).
Would they shrink through diet and supplements only or would I need to consider the artery embolisation? -Martine B., United Kingdom
A: Martine,
From your email my opinion is that your life will get better if you follow my diet plan. Organic wholegrains are not better than processed grains. Animals fed on organic wholegrains only live half their natural life span compared to animals fed on their natural diet. Milk is un-natural.
I believe these are causing a fungal problem which is causing the asthma.
Q: Thank you for your reply.
- I need to follow the basic food and recovery plan for how long, or is that a lifetime diet?
- You have not really answered my other questions yet ? would you have any idea as to why the fibroids behaved in the way I described..could it be linked to the natural progesterone cream?
- What about the serrapeptase, is it ok to stay with the brand I am using or would i need to change to the other?
- I will have to make my diet different to the rest of the family hence why i was wondering how long I would be on such a strict regime.
-Martine B., United Kingdom
A: Here are my answers:
- Only if you want a lifetime of Good Health.
- It is impossible to know except by being on the full program.
- You can take what you are taking alongside the BlockBuster.
- You could tell them they can also have good health for life.
Q: Edwina L. suggested I write to you regrading the above. I have at her suggestion purchased the product called Serra Enzyme from Good health Australia, I am in my second week of taking the product.
I am 71 years of age and have been taking medication for high blood pressure and cholesterol for at least ten years.I also take serratide for asthma. I also take a range of products distributed by a company called mannatech which consists of anti oxidants and minerals named AO, PhytoMatrix, together with Fish Oil and Maculan I have the beginnings of macular degeneration.
As a result of my brothers stroke while undergoing or following a heart bypass operation (He is presently Edwina’s patient). I underwent a series of tests and the conclusion was I was low risk .
I do have difficulty observing the suggested half hour break on an empty stomach before meals. Does the research indicate that this is beneficial or is it simply a guess?
I look forward to you reply.
-Peter M., Australia
A: Peter,
It can be an hour before eating but no less than 30mins.
Eating lots of leafy green vegetables and tofu to get more Vitamin K in your diet. This is for your general health and eyes.
Stopping starchy carbs will also help your general health and eyesight. MaxiFocus is the supplement to reverse macular degeneration.

Q: Do you have any doctors that subscribe to serrapeptase usage? Does this product harm any weakened arteries or do anything when the blood carries this material to the brain? I have several medical issues (asthma, sleep apnoea, and general chest pain with high blood pressure). I need to know that the product will help me and not cause me any other problems that I don’t need. Why don’t we hear of this from doctors or someone stateside if this product does what it says? Please respond, I want to find something that helps. -Mike H.
A: Mike,
Thousand of docs around the world prescribe this enzyme (and vets). It has no side effects and will benefit your existing conditions almost immediately.
I have been browsing online more than 3 hours nowadays, but I never found any interesting article like yours.
It is pretty worth sufficient for me. In my view, if all webmasters and
bloggers made good content as you probably did, the web will be much more useful than ever before.
Thank you for your comments and we are pleased you find the content interesting and informative.

, my father is diabetic he is 70 years old he’s on cholesterol medication blood pressure medication and blood thinners and he has a issue at lumber spine I believe it is a nerve pinch so my question is that can he use serrapeptase
Hello Amir, yes he can use serrapeptase as it does not contraindicate with his medication. I would also suggest a good B complex such as the B4 Health Spray and Alpha Lipoic Acid to help with the nerve irritation and repair. If possible he could benefit from some bodywork, such as osteopathy as these are often very good at gentle manipulation to ease the problem.
I hope that helps

Thankyou so very much for the kind response.

My mother is 76 year old and was diagnosed 1 year and half with ipf. Please guide her with what to take serrapatese is it helpful she coughs non stop and is tired.
Hello Eveline, we would advise to start on the Serranol, 1-2 x 3 per day. Suggest she rubs the Magnesium Oil on to the chest area, and other parts of the body, to help with the respiratory system, as well as the tiredness.

Hello,
Please help me. I’ve been struggling with air hunger for the past 2 years – I cannot take a satisfying breath of air when my lungs ask for it. It’s like the auto-pilot mode of my breathing is messed up. Some days it’s under control but other days, it’s quite bad (I’m literally gasping for more air). I have no idea what causes it. Food allergies/intolerances or allergens in the air are the culprits. Will Serrapeptase help and if so how much do you recommend I take? Should I take anything else?
Hello Lokesh, yes we would advise to try the serrapeptase for your situation, ideally as part of the Serranol formula, start on 3 per day if budget permits. Plus add in the topical magnesium oil onto the chest and body each day. Work on supporting the immune system with a good probiotic, such as Prescript Biotics, and Liposomal C. Have a look at the full plan in the Asthma Ebook from here, and focus closely on the dietary and lifestyle recommendation as well: https://naturallyhealthynews.com/health-books/
