Endometriosis and Fibroids

“I suffered Endometriosis on the outside of my uterus, as well as several small fibroids located in my uterus. I had excessive bleeding for four years, with clots and uterine pain. My menses were lengthening to 10 days. I was eating only organic products and staying away from hormone injected foods, such as dairy and non free range meat. After I had an endometrial ablation done in November of 2005, they could not remove the fibroids or the endometriosis. So, in February of 2006, I started on Serrapeptase for a few months. The pain started decreasing almost within the first week! I finally went in October of 2006 for a vaginal partial hysterectomy, and afterward, I was told that there were no fibroids and my cervix and uterus were normal. As a result of taking the Serrapeptase in 2006, I was able to resume a fairly normal, activity-orientated type of lifestyle, without so much pain.”

I have just been diagnosed with uterine fibroids and one is very large at 13 cm across, ie, the size of a gala melon the GP told me. Please can you tell me how much Serrapeptase to take initially, as I want to see if I can reduce the fibroids naturally before contemplating a myomectomy. Ideally, I don’t want to have surgery at all.

    Hi there,
I’m doing some research on fibroids because I have several that are causing me problem and I don’t want to have surgery. I stumbled upon this page and was reading your comment above to Linda. You posted a link there for a regimen that can help reduce fibroids in a month or so. I tried clicking on the link but it’s no longer available. Can you please send me the regimen? I would greatly appreciate it!

I suspect the improvements has been the result of your great diet. Make sure it is a low as possible in sugar content. I have a plan that adresses the hormones and other factors in the link below. Also see food ideas in the attached articles.

With your great diet and this plan they will be gone in a month ot so and a low sugar diet and iodine drops will keep it clear.

Please get back to me anytime you need help.
