Cardiovascular Problems

What Is CVD?

Cardiovascular disease refers to diseases of the heart, blood vessels, or both. Cardiovascular disease may include any disease that affects the cardiovascular system, such as cardiac disease, brain and kidney vascular diseases, and peripheral arterial disease.

What Causes CVD?

There are a number of causes of cardiovascular disease, although atherosclerosis and/or hypertension are the most prevalent. With age, there are a number of physiological and morphological changes that can affect heart function and increase the risk of cardiovascular disease, even in healthy adults.

Cardiovascular disease remains the leading cause of death around the world, although mortality rates have declined in a number of developed countries since the 1970s. Cardiovascular disease and deaths continue to climb in low- to middle-income countries.

Cardiovascular disease often affects older adults, though precursors to the condition, like atherosclerosis, can begin early in life. It is important to focus on reducing the risk of cardiovascular disease at an early age by improving diet, exercising, and avoiding smoking.

Q: I have been taking Serrapeptase for a couple of months to help with CVD. I experience a lot of stomach gas and am wondering if this could be the reason. I read on your website that you have a special diet for people to follow, could this help me with gas? Any help would be much appreciated.

What is Thrombosis?

Thrombosis is a blood clot that forms inside of a blood vessel. It blocks the flow of the blood in the circulation system. As the blood vessel becomes injured, the body then uses its platelets (known as thrombocytes) and the fibrin then forms a blood clot so as to prevent any blood loss. Under certain kinds of conditions, blood clots can still form even if a blood vessel isn’t damaged.

If a blood clot eventually breaks free it can travel throughout the body and this is known as an embolus. If the blood flow is reduced significantly by a large thrombus, hypoxis can happen and this results in metabolic products like lactic acid accumulating in the body. A large thrombus can result in greater obstruction to blood flow, resulting in anoxia, otherwise known as the oxygen deprivation, infarction and then tissue death.

Generally there are two forms of thrombosis, venuous as well as arterial thrombosis. These can be presented into several different subtypes and these include Venous Thrombosis, Deep Vein Thrombosis, Portal Vein Thrombosis, Renal Vein Thrombosis, Jugular Vein Thrombosis, Budd-Chiari syndrome, Paget-Schroetter disease and also Cerebral Venuous Sinus Thrombosis.

There are other types of conditions that can arise in accordance with the thrombus location and which can affect the organs. While thromboembolism is thrombosis and an embolism combined.

What causes Thrombosis?

As thrombosis is formed by a blood clot inside a blood vessel, it can be caused by inflammation continually compromising the quality of the blood vessel wall, blood composition e.g. high homocysteine, and the nature of the blood flow itself. Therefore it is very important to maintain healthy blood circulation if you want to avoid any cardiovascular health condition such as thrombosis.

Q: I have had a 100% occluded blood clot in the popliteal vein of my knee since Feb, which caused many clots in my lungs. I think there are still undissolved clots in my lungs, and/or tissue damage from these clots. I am on Warfarin. Which of your products would be best for me, and what initial dosage should I start out on?

A: Firstly, Warfarin does not dissolve clots. It only thins the blood and ‘hopefully’ prevents new clots.

You need to follow the plan in the link below. This plan is to clear the problems and get you healthy. No single supplement can do this. It is a lifestyle change: Thrombosis Health Plan.

Q: Hello! Can I take serrapeptase the same day as rizol oil? This is a form of ozone therapy…
I also have herbs for lyme….
I had stroke like symptoms this week…How long does it take for serrapeptase to dissolve blood clots….am I going to be saved by taking it?

A: Yes you can take the same day.

I suggest you look at my recovery protocol as you have serious problems. I am including it here: Stroke Health Plan

Q: Hi Robert,

I was talking about Serrapeptase with a friend of mine and he mentioned that when blood clots are interfered with they might break away and reach the brain or the heart to cause problems. Any views on this? Could this sort of problem occur as a result of S? Has your research covered this aspect? Who conducted the research, where, when etc?
A: Serrapeptase has been available for over 30 years and this is not a reported problem. Clots form as a result of chronic inflammation and by stopping the inflammation you stop the clots forming. Anyone with a serious clotting problem would use my BlockBuster formula which has Nattokinase, another enzyme that is superior to Warfarin at dissolving clots as they form.
Do you have my book? These questions are answered there as well as in the studies.
Please let me know what you want to to achieve with these formulas and I can advise you better.

Q: Dear Robert,

I am a little worried. I recently had ankle surgery and immediately went back onto Serrapeptase (80,000 x3/day) as recommended. I was of the assumption that I would be protected from clots forming as per information in the Serrapeptase literature. Alas, I was wrong and have spent 9 days in hospital with pulmonary embolism.

Have I read Serrapeptase incorrectly? In taking Serrapeptase did I create the problem? As I am now on warfarin I can no longer use Serrapeptase. This is a problem as I re-ordered the day before ending up in hospital. What should I do now?

A: FYI Warfarin does not dissolve clots either. It only hopefully prevent them forming by thinning the blood. They can still form though as it is not perfect.
Serrapeptase dissolves dead inflamed clots and does not dissolve live forming clots. That is why I created BlockBuster which also has nattokinase which will dissolve live clots as they form.

You can take serrapeptase or you can take BlockBuster with warfarin. There are no drugs they interact with.

Warfarin is a trap. The only test they use to see if you need warfarin is guaranteed to keep you on it. The test is INR and a healthy person such as me will have an INR of 1. Doctors insist that you have an unhealthy INR of 2.4.

If your numbers go to 1 then they up your dose. So why am I not on warfarin? Because I eat a super healthy diet and cannot get a blood clot except when I cut my finger or break my legs and it bleeds. My blood will clot then as it should do. If I was on warfarin I could bleed to death from a cut if I could not get help.

Q: Robert,

Thank you for getting back to me. I fully understand why they have me on Warfarin and what INR is all about. I was not aware that I could continue with Serrapeptase. So you are telling me that continuing would not affect the INR result, right? I was taking the Blockbuster some time back so I guess I should have remained on it. If you can confirm my question regarding the INR/Serrapeptase I will change over to Blockbuster when I have completed the course of Serrapeptase. Any other help would be most appreciated.

A: John,

It may give you a lower reading of INR since your blood will become healthier. This would also happen if you only ate really healthy foods such as vegetables, avocados and dark skinned fruits. This is the Catch22, the healthier you become the lower your INR and the more drugs you will be prescribed. This is all factual information that you can try and discuss with the docs but be prepared for a reticence to discuss fully.

Finally I would take BlockBuster rather than serrapeptase as this will still dissolve it if a clot forms.

Q: Hi Robert,

I have been doing the program you recommended for me of 2 Vitamin K a day, 3 Curcumin, and 3 Blockbuster (3 times a day on the Blockbuster). I’ve recently read about Vitamin K causing blood clots and stroke if you’re getting too much. I’m older, and this has me worried, especially since I have prophetic dreams on occasion and recently had a dream saying I was in danger of a stroke. Of course, that may have been a meaningless nightmare, but I take such dreams seriously because sometimes my dreams come true.
I don’t go to doctors or have insurance and am hoping I can resolve this without going in for some expensive test. The stuff I’ve read says we get lots of vitamin K in leafy green vegetables. Might it be safer for me to just focus on eating plenty of these – maybe a cup or two a day of broccoli or collards or spinach? Or are you certain it’s safe for me to keep taking the 2 x Vitamin K supplements every day? I’m not on any medications (since I don’t go to doctors) but have problems like cysts, swollen feet and ankles, and I’m sure plaque in my arteries (because I haven’t followed a good diet most of my life and took calcium supplements). I’m also quite overweight. Might it be a good idea for me to stop the Vitamin K supplements and just do the rest of the regimen you gave me?
A: Yes you can get lets of Vitamin K in a full spectrum range of leafy greens and all you need to do is make sure you do eat them every day (2-4 cups?) and you can drop the Vit K complex.
Having said that I have tried to find definitive proof that taking Vitamin K is bad for us and I cannot find any.
It is likely it is just another unscientific story that has been picked up my the medical system and given credibility for their own ends. I take Vit k complex as well as lots of leafy greens per day.

Q: How does curcumin compare to warfarin in preventing blood clots? How difficult is to get off warfarin and on curcumin? How much curcumin do you have to take and how do you measure the pt/ptinr?
A: I suggest:

BlockBuster Allclear 2 caps x 3 times per day 30 mins before eating a meal (www.reallyhealthyarteries.com)
Serranol 1 cap x 3 times per day with the BlockBuster (serranoloffers.com)

This will give you a healthy INR of 1 and healthy blood. Then your doc will say “My god we have to give you massive doses of warfarin” and you are then stuck with a choice. Docs or natural health. Ask your doc what readings does he want to get you off warfarin. He cannot answer the question because no one told him the answer.

Q: Hi my name is Tad. I am 54. A year and a half ago they found a blood clot in my left leg. I was on Coumadin for a year and the clot got smaller but is still there. The doctors took me off the Coumadin, because they felt the clot was scarred over. During that time I have found out I now have Polymyalgia Rheumatica. The only thing I’m taking for inflammation is some ibuprofen. Because I am afraid for the side effects of the corticosteroids and other drugs that want me to take for inflammation. And they told me the polymyalgia will go away in a year to 3 years. Could I take Serrapeptase and if so how much? Hope you can help me get better.

A: Tad,

My full plan is in the link below. I recommend you apply the full plan to make sure it is cleared up.

Cardiovascular disease (CVD) Health Activity Plan

Q: I developed 3 small blood clots—1 behind the knee, 2 below—following having my knee “scoped” for a torn meniscus. The docs wanted me on Coumadin (the blood thinner), but I opted for Nattokinase and Serrapeptase (3,000 mg/day, Source Naturals, $22.50 for 60 500 mg capsules)—starting 2 weeks ago. Can’t tell for sure, but seems to have already improved somewhat, though still not yet “right”—swelling/soreness/stiffness. Going back for ultrasound clot testing in 4-5 weeks. Yesterday, I did a 22 mile single-track mountain bike ride, mostly at over 8000 feet. Felt strong, no pain. Any suggestions to accelerate healing process?

A:  You have the perfect plan and it should clear your problem. SerraEnzyme 80,000iu is better value. Serrapeptase should not be measured in mg as this is weight and not activity. Unless they state the IU activity per gram you have no idea what you are buying. See my formulations here: http://www.goodhealthusa.com/ all measured in IU

What Is Carotid Artery Disease, and What Causes It?

Carotid artery disease occurs when plaque builds up inside of carotid arteries. The two main carotid arteries are located on either side of the neck, each dividing into internal and external carotid arteries. Internal carotid arteries are responsible for supplying oxygen-rich blood to the brain. External carotid arteries supply oxygen through the blood to the scalp, neck, and face.

Carotid artery disease is a serious cause for concern because it can result in a stroke, otherwise known as a “brain attack.” A stroke will occur if blood to the brain is cut off. If blood flow is cut off for more than a few minutes, brain cells will begin to die. This will result in damage to other parts of the body controlled by brain cells. A stroke can result in long-lasting brain damage, long-term disability that includes paralysis and speech and vision problems, or even death.

What Is Arterial Vascular Disease, and What Causes It?

Arterial vascular disease describes blood vessel diseases, which affect the blood vessels, or tubes, that pump blood throughout the body. The three categories of blood vessels include arteries, veins, and lymphatics.

Arteries supply oxygen in the blood from the heart to each part of the body, including the brain, kidneys, intestines, limbs, and the heart itself. Disease in the arteries is called arterial disease; disease in the veins that return blood back to the heart is called venous disease. Lymphatics are the third type of blood vessel that supply fluid from the skin and other tissue to the veins.

Q: Hi Robert,

I’m interested in using your product serrapeptase and needed to know if I should be using any other products in conjuction with serrapeptase in concerns with my condition? I have been seeking professional help regarding dizzy and light headedness when being physical and the concerns are if I have enough blood flow to my brain from my neck arteries. This is not a condition that is 100% diagnosed as the problem but I feel that whatever my problem is, your product serrapeptase is something I can benefit from.

A: This is your solutions as it would not only clear any blockages but it improves bloodflow to the brain in all cases.

Read the attached report and get it at www.SerranolOffers.com

Take 2 caps x 3 times per day, 30 mins before a meal, with a glass of water for the first week and drop to 1 x 3 thereafter. I take it every day of my life for the wide range of health benefits.

Q: Robert – What strength SP do you recommend for long-term clean-stent maintenance?

Daily/weekly or…??? Quantity and total length of stents important?
A: Arteries get damaged and block up for a number of reasons:
1. Not enough leafy greens being eaten to get the Vit K you need
2. Shortage of B vitamins as a result of eating starchy carbs
3. Shortage of B vitamins as a result of a shortage of probiotics
4. Eating processed foods and especially baked goods with chemical fats in them
5. Lastly excess hormones such cortisol.

My wife and I take a whole raft of supplements to stay healthy but if you tie me down to one then SerraEnzyme 80,000iu 1 x 3 times per day, 30 mins before eating a meal. See this at www.GoodHealthUSA.com

Obviously change your diet to only eating really healthy foods. Do you want my plans for this?

Q: 3 stents put in lower left leg 7/20/12.
Carotids occluded 50 & 80%. Tests before carotid surgery scheduled 8/31/12.
Any chance mega dose serrapeptase can clean carotids enough in a month to delay/eliminate surgery?

A: If it can be done then this is how:
Serranol 1 cap x 3 times per day, 30 mins before eating a meal.
BlockBusterAllclear 1 caps x 3 times per day with the Serranol
Super K Complex

All of these from www.GoodHealthUSA.com

Q: The doc said i have scar tissue in my stent and this will help.

A: Alex,

It is well hidden by medical doctors that side effects by stents include scarring and further blockages. I would be failing you if I told you that serrapeptase is the final answer. It is only part of the plan. There are other things you need to do to keep them clear including only eating really healthy foods and a couple of other supplements.I am sending my full plan in the next email which you should have been told about before you had stents and still need to follow with stents as you now find out.

Q: Good Afternoon,

I just ordered Serra Enzyme for my father who was diagnosed with 70% blockage of his carotid artery last week. When I was informed I immediately went to the web and found your website. Now, I just have to convince him to take it. He’s concerned about it interferring with the other medications that he reluctantly takes such as insulin (for years). He was prescribed a medication called clopidogrel 75 mg/day. Will the bottle of Serra Enzyme that I ordered have the correct dosage for the condition that he is addressing? Fortunately, the doctor told him to “go green” as far as his diet along with taking the medication. Is there anything else other than what you have in the printed literature that I can say to him to allay his concerns about medication interference? Thank you.
A: Angela,

It will be perfectly fine with any drugs.
When you say the doc said ‘Go Green’, do you mean he told him to eat lots of leafy green veggies? If so that sounds like a great doc. That is to get more Vit K which will help to clear the arteries and there are not many docs this smart.
Tell him 2 caps x 3 times per day, 30 mins before eating a meal, with a glass of water

Q: I had my left carotid replaced by surgery 4 yrs ago. My right one is almost 80% blocked. My meds are plavix, crestor altace and asparin taken daily. These drugs have stabilized my condition. I get an ultrasound twice yearly. Would it be safe to take serrapeptase with my other meds? Would it reverse blockage?

A: Rick,
I presume you mean they cleared the inner blockage and not replaced the artery? If they replaced it, what with?
Everything you are being advised by the medical profession to clear and avoid risk is wrong. It is not fat that is the danger and in fact taking fish oil is one of the most healthy things you can do. The most dangerous diet advice is to eat more grains and cereals and reduce leafy green vegetables to reduce Vitamin K intake.
To resolve your problems and get healthy you need to consider:

A supplement regime.
A really healthy foods diet
A plan of interval training that lasts no more than 6 intense sets of 2 mins each set.

I am sending my plan for this:
Carotid Arteries/Arterial Vascular Disease Health Plan

To simply answer (and comment) your questions:

Serrapeptase is safe to take with your drugs and does have a result in a percentage of cases in its own.
If you want to carry on taking drugs then you need protection from them by taking UB8Q10 Ubiquinol or similar.
The chance of it clearing the blockage exists as I get feedback to that effect but I recommend at least a diet change and take fish oil to improve the odds.

Q: re: Carotid Artery Plaque.

My sister (53) has been in a coma for the last month due to a massive stroke during an endarterectomy. My mother also required this procedure in her 50s. I’m only a few years off that age.

Help please. I absolutely must reduce (and hopefully remove) all plaque from my carotid arteries or I risk a similar fate.

How much Serrapeptase would I need to take each day to ensure I get the results I am seeking?

Do you have testimonials from your customers who have had success with plaque removal?

A: I have helped thousands over the past 12 years around the world.
The plan is coming in the next email.

What % is the blockage?

Diet is the cause and diet is the cure. Stick to the plan in the link below not only for arterial disease but for good health throughout your life.

Carotid Arteries/Arterial Vascular Disease Health Plan

Q: Hi.

I started taking serrapeptase and nattokinase about a month ago, hoping to clean the “mild to moderate carotid plaque” I was diagnosed with. About 3 weeks later (for 2 weeks now) I have a difficult to describe sensation in the chest, as if my heart skips beats and a little pressure. Should I discontinue taking the above, or is this part of the healing? Thank you so much for you response. P.S – what brand do you recommend?

A: Miriam,

I do not give little answers to big questions. 50% of all deaths between aged 45 and 70 are caused by heart disease. I can help you create a plan so you, like me, become really healthy. Really healthy people do not get health problems.

Do you want my help getting really healthy?

Q: Good morning Robert.

I have been taking SerraEnzyme 80,000 – 3 x 3 x 3 per day.

I am coming to the end of the 3rd month. Do you advise that I carry on this dosage after the 3 months, or lower it?

I am doing it to help clogged carotid arteries (55 – 65 on left and 40 on right). I am not due for another scan until next May although I will ask to have it done sooner but, I don’t hold out much hope!!
A: Drop to 2 x 3 for 2 more months and then drop to 1 x 3 after that.
Stop eating starchy carbs (the cause of blocked arteries). Follow the food plan at www.ReallyHealthyFoods.com

It clears other peoples arteries and so there is no reason why it cannot work for you.

Q: Dear Robert.

I will be having a scan on my carotid artery in the near future to see if there is a blockage. I am very interested in your claims about Serrapeptase being able to dissolve plaque and clear the arteries. As far as I know it is not being used yet in this country [UK] and I think the primary treatment is aspirin and maybe later, surgery. I am on 150mg aspirin now but I am wondering what effect Serrapeptase may have if taken with aspirin. I understand that serrapeptase is a strong anti-coagulant which makes me feel it may not be compatible with aspirin. I also have rheumatoid arthritis and was already taking some aspirin before the doctor prescribed it for my carotid artery. I would like your views please.

A: Did you read all about serrapeptase on the web site? You can read more on www.TheMiracleEnzyme.com for answer to all of your questions.

Aspirin does not dissolve blockages, it just thins the blood but has long term side effects.

You will also need to change your diet as recommended in my book to clear up your problems.

Q: Hi,

I was recently diagnosed with a 50 to 60% plaque build up in the left carotid artery. Which serrapeptase strength ( I.U.) and how many a day should I take?

A: I recommend BlockBuster and 4 or even 6 per day is not too many. The more you take the faster it will clear.

Q: I could not get the book off my computer. I have Adobe reader but don’t know how to open the file? My heart doctor says I am 80% blocked artery in my neck and I need a Stint. Nedacare turned me down. for the stint.

Thank you for trying to send it to me. I am not very computer smart.

A: Make sure you have the latest version of Adobe Reader.

Please come back to me for the best plan to clear your blockage. Read attachment.

“I’ve suffered from Arteriosclerosis – a disease which produces plaque from formations in the coronary arteries – for some years. My wife, Vasiliki, has suffered from chronic pain and discomfort in her upper back and neck area for 2 years. This problem is also accompanied by dizzy spells, which are associated with the condition. As serrapeptase is famous for its power to relieve various types of inflammation, she decided to try a course of serrapeptase in the hope that it might help her. Within 3 days after starting the serrapeptase, my wife’s neck and back pain and the dizzy spells she had been experiencing, disappeared completely.

On my side, after only 2 months of serrapeptase – was that the blood supply to my heart through my left coronary artery (which 3 months before had 5 plaque formations causing 70% to 100% blockages) is fully adequate and my heart is functioning normally. I’m now age 73. The cardiologist said I am free to engage in ordinary physical activities without concern about the capacity of my heart to function in a healthy manner.”

“I have been using the Serrapeptase tablets for 10 months alongside my prescribed Isosorbide (60mg daily) and am finding it may soon be possible to reduce the Iso’s with agreement from my GP. This I can confidently say is due to the Blockbuster AllClear which, I am sure is gradually improving my condition. (I viewed the return of my blocked arteries after my by-pass 15 years ago after the angiogram-which I don’t want to repeat). Anyway thought this was worth giving you feedback. Thank you.”

“I’m 55 years old with a 100% blockage in one artery and other arteries are blocked in the high percentage. The heart specialist put me on 4 different medications and I have just been surviving through the years and not getting better.

I found serrapeptase through research I conducted and decided to purchase a bottle of SerraPlus+. Ten days after taking SerraPlus+ I’m starting to feel great! I wake up in the morning feeling alive and fresh through my breathing.

I can walk twice as much without having sharp pains when I’m short of breath, I can walk up and down stairs without any shortness of breath, I sleep better and I can now do things that I could not do before.

I went to a local doctor who has never heard of Serrapeptase. The doctor checked my blood pressure and when I asked him if it was ok, his eyes and expression looked amazed and said it’s normal which I was surprised because it’s never been normal since I was in my twenties.

I would like to thank Robert and his website for helping me and so many other people.

I have recently bought a twin deal bottle set of Blockbuster AllClear & HySorbQ10 and will be taking them.

Again, thanks for making my day to day life much better through Serrapeptase.”

Cheers

Louiey

“I had my carotid artery ultrasound scan this morning and I’m relieved to say everything is absolutely fine. I shall continue to take the Serrapeptase anyway as it sounds too good to miss out on.”

Q: My wife had a stroke recently which was a terrifying experience for us all. Since then she has been unable to get dressed in the mornings and eating and walking have also become much more difficult. Is there anything you can suggest which might help to put her on the path back to good health?

A: You must follow the Stroke Health Plan immediately. I suggest taking Serranol which contains the SerraEnzyme serrapeptase, Curcuminx4000, Ecklonia Cava and Vitamin D3 which will help to get the blood flowing again, along with HealthyFlow. The ReFocus will also reduce any abnormal coagulation of the blood and and aid in stroke recovery, improving the blood supply to the brain. I also recommend the HealthPoint as it can help to ease any pain.

Q: My brother had a stroke some years back with clotting in his legs. Since then he has been given blood thinners, and also cholesterol drugs, with the clots only getting worse. He started taking nattokinase, only to be told the enzyme should not be taken because of a danger of hemorrhaging. I have tried to find doctors that understood how to use the enzymes, but have not been successful. Maybe you can help. He lives in El Paso Texas. We would be thankful for any advice you could give.

A: Jack,

Strokes are caused by wrong lifestyle including: diet, breathing, liquid intake and exercises.

Your brother needs to follow a really healthy plan for the rest of his life. My brother had a stroke in January and I was over to the UK for a couple of weeks to help him recover which he did successfully. I taught him the plan to live by and what to take and now 7 months later he has gone back to his previous lifestyle and all I can do is cross my fingers for him.

Firstly enzymes will do your brother no harm. Drinking a Coke or eating a pizza will do him much more harm than any supplement.
One simple enzyme is not the answer. If he was to take one thing then it would be BlockBuster AllClear, 2 caps x 3 times per day, 30mins before eating a meal, with a 16oz glass of water. See www.ReallyHealthyArteries.com
He like everyone needs the willpower to get well and to follow the habits of health. Yes even to take 1 supplement needs these two things. If he can do this then he can do the rest.
Ask him and let me know if he wants me to work on a full plan for him.

Q: Robert thank you for your time, maybe with your help David can eventually substitute serrapeptase, and a healthy diet for the blood thinners, and cholesterol drugs he has been taking. My brother’s phone was sent in your email mountain time. I think 10am is a good time for a conversation, or any time convenient for you. Also please check my phone in your email as well, pacific time. Thank you again. David’s email was in the email likewise

A: Plan is below. Let me know when you have read it and you have your questions ready before I phone.
Stroke Recovery Health Plan

Q: Hi Robert, thanks for your reply, I would like to see if there is a way to talk with you. You mentioned you could work up a program for my brother David. That would be great.

Thanks

A: Jack,

Let me have your time zone, good time to call you and your phone number.

Q: Hi my partner had a Stroke 5 weeks ago, he is 55 and never ill before this.
Can Serrapeptase HELP AFTER A STROKE????

If so HOW????

Thanks

A: Adele,
I have a stroke recovery program that works usually 100% when it has only been 5 weeks. It worked for my younger brother in January within 2 weeks and that was 2 weeks after his stroke (a total of 4 weeks).

The plan is in the link below:
Stroke Health Plan

Q: Does serrapeptase help to prevent strokes? Does it help with high cholesterol?
I would like to read your eBook Healthier lungs in 30 days.

A: Stopping starchy carbs and replace with vegetables and fruits as this will prevent strokes.

High cholesterol is not a disease, it is a warning of inflammation.

Q: My wife has had a stroke and only drinks very slowly and it is a problem getting her to drink sufficient water in a day. Can you please say whether it is essential to drink a full glass of water after taking a serrapaptase capsules or whether a smaller quantity e.g. a quarter of a glass would suffice? Also whether fresh fruit juice can be substituted for water…
A: Water is best and a 1/4 glass every hour will be sufficient.

I recommend for her recovery:
BlockBuster
Vinpocetine
MaxiFocus

Q: I have a family history of stroke and I had 3 TIAs since 2000. I wonder if it is effective to control TIA?
A: Yes, you have a choice between Serranol or BlockBuster. Both can be taken long term to prevent a recurrence. My recommendation would be BlockBuster and when you read the ingredients you may agree. They are both very good value. See them at http://goodhealthusa.com/

All strokes are caused by eating grains, cereals and potatoes. See my full heart/stroke plan and food recommendation Plan and lifestyle changes to ensure a good healthy future.

Cardiovascular disease (CVD) Health Plan
Really Healthy Foods

Q: I take a baby aspirin each night before bed for stroke and heart attack prevention. Should I continue to take serrapeptase at night?
A: Yes you can take Serrapeptase at the same to time to help make sure your blood stays healthy. Take 1 in the morning and 1 at night going to bed.

In January, my bad cholesterol was 212, my triglycerides were 476, and my blood sugar level was 124. The doctor couldn’t measure my good cholesterol, because my triglycerides were so high.

In the second week of March, I starting taking two 400 mg capsules of Serrapeptase twice a day. By the second week of April–without changing my diet–my bad cholesterol went from 212 to 181, my triglycerides dropped from 476 to 356, and my blood sugar level dropped from 124 to 112.”

Rosemary Hall talks about her neighbor and her own results with Serrapeptase

“Because she had heard of my recovery, I was approached by a neighbor (a diabetic), who had a stroke in 1997 and was still unable to walk unaided and suffered constant pain in her right leg. Only 7 days after having put her onto Serrapeptase, she told me overjoyed that for the first time she was able to walk on her own for quite a long distance and also that her big toe, which had crossed over, had straightened out.

She is continuing to make good progress (she is now on her second bottle) and is very satisfied.

P.S. She has also just told me that her sugar level has improved considerably since she has been taking Serrapeptase.

“Robert, I just wanted to update you on my husband’s progress. He is doing better with his health overall. He follows the program you sent me regarding the diet, and supplements. There has definitely been some weight loss and no additional medications have been required. In fact there has not been a need for any medical appointments yet.

Last week he helped me carry and spread sixteen bags of mulch for our yard. This may not seem like much but a month ago it was nearly impossible for him.

He needs to improve on the frequency and consistency of some sort of regular exercise, this is the low point of progress.

I have also been making the soup listed in your “Miracle of Serrapeptase” book. I load it up with lots of good vegetables and the only salt we use is sea salt. The soup really helped him in the beginning because it was so filling and it kept hunger complaints down to a minimum. I still make it at least once a week.

We are also eating a lot of avocados!”

What Is DVT?

Deep vein thrombosis or deep venous thrombosis is a blood clot found in a deep vein. A clot located inside a blood vessel is called a thrombus; deep vein thrombosis commonly occurs in the legs.

Non-specific symptoms of the condition may include swelling, pain, redness, warmness, and engorged veins in the legs. A pulmonary embolism is a potentially life-threatening complication of the condition, which occurs when a clot detaches and travels to the lungs. DVT and pulmonary embolism are categorized together as a single disease called venous thromboembolism. Roughly one in 1000 adults develop DVT each year, and risk increases with age.

What Causes DVT?

Chronic inflammation triggered by a poor diet, missing nutrients, high-sugar drinks, stress, and smoking are primary triggers for the condition. Risk can be exacerbated by sitting for long periods of time, longer than three hours or more in one day. The best prevention is to make dietary changes, supplement missing nutrients, and walk 5 miles per day.

The first two below are the very minimum I recommend but the rest are also important if finances are OK. The food and exercise below are the real cure.

Q: Hi,

I recently had a DVT/PE and I am on Warfarin till Feb 2011. A friend suggested I take serrapeptase +msm + trace minerals to help dissolve blood clots. The anti-coagulant clinic I attended don’t recommend any natural products as research has not quite proven whether or not they interfere with Warfarin. What would you recommend ? Would it be an option once I finish Warfarin?

A: I strongly recommend BlockBuster Allclear. This has serrapeptase and nattokinase as well as other enzymes and pycnogenol to help get your cardio system healthy. Nattokinase will dissolve blood clots whereas Warfarin just stops clots forming. There is no interaction between them as they do different jobs. I strongly recommend an anti-inflammatory diet as well as exercise as that can help to clear your DVT. See www.ReallyHealthyFoods.com

Q: Hello,

I have had a DVT and Bi-PE. I had a stint put in where the blockage was. The DVT was dissolved in the hospital but I was told that the PE would dissolve naturally over time. Will taking Serrapeptase help dissolve the PE faster and could it cause problems with the stint or tissue around it?

A: Stints are temporary and will block up over time. DVT’s are caused by an inflammatory diet and will come back again unless you change your diet. Bi-PE is the same as a DVT but in a different place. The very minimum I recommend is the things below from www.GoodHealthUSA.com:

BlockBusterAllclear 1 x 3 times per day, 30mins before eating a meal, with a glass of waterwww.goodhealthusa.com/products/Blockbuster1C/
Serranol 1 x 3 times per day with the BlockBuster www.goodhealthusa.com/products/serrapeptase_curcumin_ecklonia_cava_extract_vit_d3/
UB8Q10 Ubiquinol 2 caps x 2 times per day with food www.goodhealthusa.com/products/ubiquinol_coq10/
The Krill Miracle Oil caps 1 x 2 times per day with food www.goodhealthusa.com/products/krill_oil/
Active Life 90 Liquid Vitamins and Minerals 15ml x 2 times per day with a little juice with your food www.goodhealthusa.com/products/liquid_vitamins/
Follow the food plan attached and recipes at www.ReallyhealthyFoods.com

There is more if you want to completely change your future but ask me once you are feeling great with the above.

Really Healthy Foods

Against The Grain

Q: Where could I buy this product in South Africa (SerraEnzyme80,000IU Tabs/Caps)?
A: www.goodhealthnaturally.com until they find a distributor.

Q: Good afternoon.

Please could to let me know, I was in hospital with a DVT on my left leg. Am I allowed to take these tablets when I’m on warfarin.
A: Yes but you must take BlockBuster Allclear 2 caps x 3 times per day 30mins before eating a meal.
Also, I also recommend:
Ancient Minerals Magnesium Oil Spray
OxySorb.

Please come back to me when you get these things for more support to clear this problems completely.

Q: Thank you so much for your quick response – my Mom is undergoing treatment for deep vein thrombophlebitis and I am concerned about the clot dissolving itself – figure serrapeptase should do the job ! I will purchase now and keep you posted!

A: What treatment? When?
I recommend BlockBuster in high doses (or add Nattokinase to your order). She may be able to avoid surgery!
I call call you if you need to discuss.

Q: Hi Robert,

She has a DVT clot in the vein in the leg muscle below the knee – it’s  getting injections daily (not sure what) and now on Coumadin. I am just afraid that the clot will dislodge and travel…I read that it may incorporate itself into the artery wall and the wall will grow over it, but that also would just diminish the diameter of the vein? I would want to dissolve the clot entirely if her system cannot do it, and get her off the Coumadin also.

I have printed out your book and will read today.

Thanks for your concern and advice!

A: The BlockBuster should dissolve it in 3 x 3 per day. Also she needs to eat the diet a sent as close as possible.

Q: I am ordering the Blockbuster but in meantime, while awaiting shipment, I have found Natural Factors Serrapeptase with papain and bromelain at a local healthstore- 26 mg per pill which I will buy today. Can you tell me how much 26mg is and/or how many Mom should take of this till we receive the BlockBuster and how many of those then?
A:  In the SerraEzyme 80,000IU there is 800mg. In the BlockBuster there is 400mg and 12 other nutrients. I think 26mg is a toy!

Q: I need to know which Serrapeptase formula would be best for me. I already take Nattokinase ‘Doctor’s BEST brand which has 2,000 FUs per Capsule. I take 1 per day each morning. I have gone to a local doctor for tests and he says my veins or arteries in my legs are badly clogged and it’s now no wonder to me why I have a slight numbness in my right leg! I also have either kidney stones or some other issue with my kidneys and the right one feels swollen sometimes. I’m getting an Ultrasound this coming Friday to confirm that I have stones or not. The doctor in Saint Petersburg who does an Intravenous treatment using Serrapeptase said he felt confident that I could receive his treatment and that it could actually help heal my Kidneys and not cause any harm to them given the fact that he has patients who are on Kidney Dialysis and they suffer no ill effects. This product I would hope is really what I have been looking for to restore healthy circulation to my legs and the rest of my body! Any answer to the above would be greatly appreciated.
A: BlockBusterAllclear 1 x 3 times per dy, 30 mins before eating a meal
SerraPlus+ 1 x 3 times per day with the BlockBuster. You must drink 6-8 glasses of water per day with a large pinch of bicarbonate of soda in each glass to heal and protect your kidneys.

Q: Robert, thank you for all of the very useful information, I read every one of them and feel more knowledgeable in regards to foods to avoid etc. I have an Ultrasound to go for tomorrow and I’m nervous about it. I go to see my doctor on the 18th and he’s not only been my doctor for 20 years but we are also good friends and he has a very warm bedside manner as he truly does care and makes every effort to not only reassure me but educates me (and all of his patients) about what ever condition/s are present. I haven’t seen him for a number of years and it will be very good to see him and acquire his help. I ordered a bottle of the Block Buster AllClear and I should have it ready to take with me for my Doctor’s visit. I think the Baking Soda I drank all day yesterday really helped me be virtually pain free today! I avoided eating any sort of bread/s and every meal had mostly veggies and no snacks that were of a grain nature. I also ordered a bottle of a product called ‘Renavive’ which has ‘Chanca Piedra’ as its main ingredient as well as other herbs that dissolve kidney stones. OK, I have to get some sleep now as I have a busy day ahead of me.

P.S. I intend to use the diet information you sent to me as it will be a great help to me in healing my body.
A: Keep in touch.

Q: For clearing out Serrapeptase Question – Vein Inflammation (Deeper veins) it says to take 3 tablets  x 3 times a day. Is this the 80,000 or the 40,00o?

I still have your first edition book and those amounts were given for the 40,000 or 20,000. Should I be taking that many pills when using 80,000? Also is your second edition booklet almost the same as the first or should I be ordering it instead?  I have had lots of leg pains as of the last three days, especially in the nighttime so I am hoping this may help clear out the problem. One leg swells just a little and it has happened ever since the Dr. put me on a beta blocker which I had to quit since I had all kinds of problems breathing, swelling etc. I no longer take it and my pressure is 117/75. I think I had white coat syndrome and was given the pills after going in one time. I am 71 and very youthful, walk and exercise, not overweight. The serrapeptase has cleared out my allergies and sinus. I hope to hear from you on the above items. Thanks so much.
A: Try 80,000iu 2 x 3 times per day for a week and then try dropping to 1 x 3 times.
See the ebook of the latest edition.

Q: How about brown rice or is that a starchy carb? Thanks for the info. I will order the new book.
A: A small amount of brown rice is fine.

“I was so weak, I couldn’t get out of bed. Ninety-nine percent of people at my age die. I am 72 years young and still biting at the bit. I had deep vein thrombosis (DVT) in the popliteal space behind the left patella. A part of the embolism broke off and relocated in the right lobe of my left lung. I also had a.20-year fungal infection on my big toe of my left foot, which completely ameliorated and is gone. The skin is pink and the nail is normal. My energy is back, and my mental outlook is superlative. Thank you Robert Redfern and Serrapeptase. Be Well.”

“Life is indeed a rainbow with a Blockbuster. I went back to Hinsdale hospital with my two daughters for my six month exam following my pulmonary embolism and venous thrombosis. Throw in hypertension and you have the scenario. Just about that time I heard Robert Redfern and his wife on the Power Hour and listened about serrapeptase and curcumin. They have remained staples in my research with the all new and improved Blockbuster. The MRIs and exrays and angio studies even exceeded the original procedure half a year ago. They had to prove me wrong by not taking drugs of any consortment and blatantly refusing Coumadin – the rat poison.

They pulled out all stops to prove me wrong and I was excited. After 12 hours of hard blood chemistry and all of the very latest diagnostic interventions at their disposal they proved beyond a doubt the efficacy of serrapeptase and BlockBuster. I have a 25 page print-out on the results comparing yesterday’s exam with the x-rays and procedural from six months ago. It showed a complete healing of the pulmonary legion of the right lobe of the left lung. Not even scar tissue remained. And scar tissue that was there previously had now all been removed.

Not even an enlarged heart or even one enlarged lympnode was visible. A total zero in this department. His description was that of a very young man in his 20s and not his 70s. The blood chemistry was unbelievable and perfect. The kidney work up was beyond perfect. The blood sugar was perfect. This goes on and on and I can submit my reports to you. In all that time of six months I only added Blockbuster with additional serrapeptase from Wendy in San Diego Ca. My blood pressure also did go down to 117/70 mm.hg. I’d like to have it a little lower but ill work on that when I can lose 20 pounds off of my 180lb frame.”
